I got one for my mom and one for me. They arrived with no damage. We both find the purse slightly heavy but not terribly, even when full. It's beautiful and sturdy with plenty of pockets. It holds a lot but is not super large, closer to a medium-size purse. The handles are a little tall and don't fold down for me to store in my drawer at work if that matters to you. I only use the straps. I've not had any issues with the handles or straps breaking. It did have an icky chemical smell inside when received. Ordered this as a gift for my grandmother, she loves it. And it was just like the picture, she doesn't like the long strap though. And prefers to carry hers by the two mini straps. It would have been a favorite but it broke within weeks of use Very disappointed because I liked it and got a few compliments on it, but none of that matters if it’s made cheaply and break in less then a season of use.
