Pretty good bench for home workouts. Not as sturdy as it claims to be, but it gets the job done. I don’t recommend this bench for people on the larger side or with wide backs (like me). I have used it for 1 month then it broke. I’m 225lbs and it’s says capacity is 660lbs. While I was just doing a normal dumbbell press 50lb on each arm so total weight plus me was 325lbs the welds that hold the seat and back snapped and now it’s unusable.

This bench was okay for the money, but it is not stable. It can fit in small spaces, and I like that it’s foldable (though I never fold it). It’s not very comfortable. The back portion of the bench is short. The seat is small and moves while I’m lifting. The base is too narrow which makes it unstable. The back base is the same width as the bench. I read a lot of reviews before buying, the price point was amazing for this item. It is sturdy but a larger person would probably want something wider. I’m 5’5 so I have no complaints, it’s sturdy and very light making it easy to move around and adjust. We have it set up in our home gym and like the fact that it has a decline function which a lot of the more expensive ones didn’t.
