Product is good! The only issue is the padding on the legs is pretty thin, my legs were hurting shortly into my abdominal workout. You’ll need to add more cushion to the hamstring and toe region for it to be comfortable. But the product is pretty good for home workouts.

This bench has very good cushioning and a strong structure. I have enjoyed incorporating it into my workouts, and I have noticed that my workouts have thusly been elevated. I only had two issues, both of which were resolved. Issue 1: Due to COVID19, the bench was ordered on 7-17, but did not arrive until 8-17. Resolution to issue 1: The seller reached out to me, and let me know that they were discounting my product and that I would be refunded the amount of the discount. I appreciate their understanding and their willingness to do that. Issue 2 and Resolution: The bench came and I took out the inventory list. At first, I was worried that two components seemed to be missing, but upon further inspection, the pieces had already been attached to the bench. So, if you buy this bench, know that you will probably be doing a partial assembly, since some of the parts will already be attached. Conclusion: Overall, for the money, this is a very sturdy bench with a good structural base, and firm cushions.

Wrong product sent. Bench does not fold up like it says, and the arm curl pad is the wrong one and size. It’s very shaky not sturdy at all. Definitely NOT worth the money and wouldn’t recommend for purchase.

I just had to leave another positive review. Yesterday morning I received an email of confirmation for an order I did not place. I started to panic & checked my amazon and personal financial account to see how this came about. I saw no red flags on either so I was just a bit baffled. Early this morning I realize an email from Banggu service team telling me that they've sent me a gift. Right then and there I've never felt more relieved and appreciated! This company and its service team has worked tirelessly to make sure I walked away a very satisfied customer and it's safe to say they've achieved that goal. I HIGHLY recommend! They definitely don't make you regret it, only thankful. It was fairly easy to assemble. the instructions weren't super clear but easy to follow with a little common sense. It's a little tall for me to do hip thrusts on the long sideas i'm 5'3 but the first decline angle is the perfect height. i love that it's so versatile i can do back extensions, leg extensions, preacher curls, hip thrusts, bench, any incline seated stuff. it's comfortable padding is fine it's a little wobbly from how light it is but otherwise sturdy when sitting or laying on it. worth the price for how much you can do with it when other benches are the same price and only do one thing

Overall I’m happy with the bench. It does the job. What I love is that it folds up and isn’t in the way. I wish when it folded up I could put one of the pins in to lock it in its compact form. Not a big deal but would’ve been a nice addition. My real concern with the bench is it does feel a little weak in some spots, especially the furthest end of the bench. I do a few seated dumbbell exercises that involve sitting at the end of the bench and you can feel it’s a little weak. It’s a simple fix for a diy project, just cut a piece of wood to reinforce the back support of the bench.. I train abs a lot and sitting on the end feels like it could give way over time. I plan on putting a piece of plywood underneath to reinforce its sturdiness. Overall I do recommend this bench, esp for its price and compactness. Admittedly I’m a bit of a bull in a China shop with equipment. I definitely use my bench more aggressively than the average person. It does hold up and it’s gram is good and sturdy just like I’ve said, the back rest of the bench needs a little reinforcement. If you’re unsure if it’s worth it, I say it is and you’ll be happy with it.
