I’ve been using this bench for a while now and I’m honestly really impressed with the quality for the price. It feels very solid and stable, even during heavier lifts, which was one of my biggest concerns when buying an adjustable bench. The adjustability is a huge plus—it’s easy to switch between incline, flat, and decline positions, and the angles feel well-designed for a variety of exercises. I’ve used it for bench presses, dumbbell workouts, and even some core exercises, and it performs great across the board. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take long. Once set up, it doesn’t wobble or shift around, which makes workouts feel much safer and more comfortable. The padding is firm but still comfortable, and the overall build feels durable. It also doesn’t take up too much space, which is perfect for a home gym setup. Overall, this is a great bench for beginners and intermediate lifters alike. Definitely worth the purchase if you want something reliable without spending a fortune.

The media could not be loaded. Product was fairly easy to set up in less than 30 minutes. So I can't help that they felt a little lazy and organizing the parts as all the screws were just in one plastic bag and you sort of had to figure out which screw was which based on pictures. So far it has been invaluable in doing my arm curls and my lower back lunges (the latter most important as it's very hard to find things around the house that allow you to work out that particular muscle group). There are a few cons to this bench however: One is that the bench portion is a little short. I'm currently 5 ft 8 and when laying on the flat portion only about half of my head is supported. Therefore anyone that's probably 6 ft but probably find this too short to have them support up to their head. The other issue, and I noticed that this seems to be the same thing with all the fitness equipment I've gotten from this company, is that the leather that this is made of is imitation and made with a lot of plastic. It looks like it's a weaved fabric, but it's just a stamped plastic leather imitation. It's still fairly durable but I can tell that if one doesn't maintain it by cleaning it regularly and condition it would eventually fray or crack over time. Therefore I'd say that you'll want a religiously clean or wipe this down after every workout and maybe condition it once every few months. Another issue is this product does not have the ability to be folded for storage. It will take up space with its whole length and height. Therefore if you're thinking of getting this product it will have to have its dedicated space. Overall it has been a valuable addition to my workout equipment as again I needed something dedicated to allow me to do those lower back lunges. So again take note that this will fulfill that one muscle group that it's dedicate to work out, but it will cost some space in your home.
