It might not be enough for someone who was really pushing big weight, but it's perfectly adequate and stable for what I need. I got this bench so my teens could expand their workouts to include free weights. It’s very lightweight and easily moves around. Almost too easily. I like that it folds, but since we likely won’t be folding it much, I wish it was a bit sturdier. The plastic (faux leather?) cover on the cushions is a decent thickness, but I expect it will wear down over time with regular use. Very sturdy works as intended, I wish the red bar with weights was a bit longer but that's ok for quick at home stuff. I primarily use this for seated lateral raises and/ presses. It's a bit too high for 5ft to do 'side planks' Very happy with my purchase material feels nice and not cheap. Folds up nicely minus the red weight bar thing technically you should take it off to fold up the bench but you can make it collapse with it on pretty much ... show more

Perfect for strength training. Make sure you have all the parts together so it doesn't fold in on you. Not made for a bunch of weight I bought 2 25lb weights for the leg extensions and if your not careful when moving it around, it could possibly hurt you. Very easy to use.

I'm giving this three stars which I consider to be a neutral review, and here's why. I wanted a bench you could use to do leg curls. I asked Rufus, the Amazon AI available on the product page if you could do leg curls on this bench, and the answer was "YES." He/she/it went on to say some customers say if you are tall, like 6 ft. it will be harder to do and less comfortable. So, with Rufus' assurance, I ordered this bench. After assembly, I could not figure out any way to do curls. Also, there are no picture of the exercises in a booklet. There are some pictures on the product page, but they are pretty small, and if you are a low vision person as I am, they are pretty useless. I even copied the exercise photo images and enlarged it. None of the exercises demonstrated were the curl. I called Amazon customer service and got a wonderful young man named Mohamad, who thankfully is familiar with leg curls. He spent a lot of time looking over the product page and he finally agreed there's no way to do curls. He is arranging a pickup by UPS and will credit my account upon pickup. I will order another bench forthwith. As to everything else about the bench: it seems sturdy, it doesn't wobbly with weight on it. I didn't try any exercises. I was quite impressed with the range of back positions (flat, incline, decline). As it doesn't have a rack for a bench press, I purchased the K KingKang bench/squat rack separately and they would work together well.
