I've been weight training for about 40 years, and I have always had a home type gym, so I have had quite a few different benches over the years, some heavy duty, and others that just got the job done. This one falls in the middle. There is a little bit of assembly to do, but it is fairly easy and the tools are included. And it will also fold up, but you do have to remove some pins to be able to do that. It's about 54 in long, the base is about 17 in wide, and the bench pad is about 11 in wide. The covering on the bench seems decent, the pad they use is not overly thick, and it's not soft, but it is comfortable. Sometimes when the bench is too soft it feels like you're going to fall off to one side, this one's not like that. It does have eight different positions for the bench, and only one setting for the decline. It does come with some resistance bands that hook to the front tube, but I really don't know what you would use them for. They're too long to do bicep curls, they're too stiff to sit down and do shoulders, and one of the handles on mine showed up broken. The handles are pretty cheap. And the overall size when it is folded up it is about 33 in long, 17 in wide, and about 10 in thick. And it also weighs about 20 lb, so not too hard to move around. It does come with some assembly instructions, while not super detailed, they do work.

I have been in the process of building up a home gym. Although I do go to a gym, it is not always convenient. I was relieved to see that this bench was really easy to assemble. I wasn't sure what to expect from it as it was on the lower price range for nice workout benches. However, this one really did impress me. It feels sturdy enough and the cushion on it, although not gym quality is much nicer than the other one I purchased from Amazon for a much higher price. A nice added feature is the exercise bands that connect to the back of the bench. Overall very good quality at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend for a home gym.

Looks stylish but not very heavy or thick. Pros: Assembly is easy - 10 mins with included hardware. Nice green sporty look. Lay flat or incline positions. Comes with elastic exercise bands. Cons; Not very padded or cushioned. Thin metal / Thin seat. Not sure it can handle 700 lbs. - Perhaps if the weight is evenly spread out as opposed to a pressure point or hinge. Good bench for light duty exercise. It folds and is light enough to carry and store in in a closet.

I've been on the journey of creating a home gym. This is a great starting point. I'm not sure for the heavier weights how it'll hold up. But I'm a plus size girlie and it works well for me with resistance bands and dumbbells. Easy to assemble too.

I got this for my cousin and he loves it. After he sent me the pic, I thought it looked small which it is. However he states he's comfortable on it. He weighs between 180-185 lbs and is 5'9. It was easy to assemble (took him about 15 min) and he was able to included tools without any issue. It's adjustable and he like the fact that he's able to add his own weights to it.

Sturdy and well-built for home workouts, with a good range of adjustability. However, the instructions could be clearer, especially regarding which screws to use in different parts. Once assembled, it feels solid and supports workouts well.

The media could not be loaded. ***Vine -Free Product-Review** A good add-on to home gym. ideal for doing your weights sitting on a bench for posture and also can be adjusted to have it reclined back for doing any crunches or make it flat to use it as a flat bed for other exercises. also comes with two resistance bands that get looped under the legs or you can have your own resistance bands work out. what is interesting is how the legs are adjustable- the caps are eccentric so when you rotate the caps they give different wall thickness -very clever way of adjusting the level. The padding is good and feels supportive- not too soft, not too hard which is what you would need when you are working out. Foldability is another advantage - once you remove the pins, weight bench can be folded into half -comes with a carrying handle so easy to transport. Priced right in my opinion.

Lightweight and thinly padded. Great for light dumbbell workouts but not for heavy barbell work. Easy to push around a room so good for light workouts. Since I do light dumbbells, perfect for me. Not for serious weight work or for someone needed a good cushion underneath.
