Great basic bench for the price. Welds are very good in most cases. Some of the bench incline stops welded to the lower frame are a bit wonky, but the bench is sturdy and stable, be it flat, vertical, or inclined. It’s easy to adjust positions and is light enough to drag around easily. The padding is relatively comfortable, despite being on the thinner side. Bench surface could be a bit wider. It’s easy to fold flat and tuck away when not in use.

Great bench for the money. My teenager uses this with ease. Got it for a Christmas present and have had no issues with it. Definitely space-saving and lightweight. Very easy to move around or store when not in use. Durable and sturdy. We got dumbbells and stretch bands with clips to attach to the eye holes on the feet of bench. So can-do resistance and free weights. The bench can go in multiple incline settings and also one decline setting. Remember, you are not buying a weight bench for a professional gym. This is for your home, office, small space or just getting into working out. I can use it as an adult as well. Big enough for me and I a 5'10" and 195#'s. Looks great out of the box with very minimal installation. My 14-year-old actually installed this and put it together while I was at work. It is strong and sturdy and does not wabble around on the carpet.

Nice but I found the bench and preacher curl pieces to be rather ugly. In fact, I took them to the dump but kept the rack portion that the barbells sit on. Bought a different bench that looks and functions much better. I like having a bench that is not attached (the new one) so I can pull it away if I simply want to get to the rack to lift barbells over head standing.

I find this to be a great bench for the price. Seems plenty sturdy to me, I use free weights so I don't get a wobble, I could see possibly if you use a bar and weights and don't keep your bar level you could have some issues but for free weights its great. My height 5' 9" and weight is 175 and seems to be just right. Metal seems sturdy and well coated/painted. Seems are tight, and instead of covers being a flat smooth surface this has a block chain kind of pattern, that helps with not slippy or moving when sweating. I find it a nice add to my home gym set up, much better than my coffee table! Setup was easy only three things to attach, two pins and a thread. Even though I find it sturdy it is easy to move folded or unfolded

I bought this because I needed a foldable and adjustable weight bench that I could use at home and tuck away when I don’t need it. After unboxing it, I noticed that it was extremely well packaged, and it actually looks very high quality. I put it together in about three minutes and it was super easy to take apart. It’s also super easy to adjust for different workouts. The main thing I was looking for was something that I could fit under my bed and after pulling it out and putting it together, I saw that it was roughly just under 7 1/2 inches which is beyond perfect for what I needed. The weight capacity for it is beyond what I’m gonna need and it is going to open the door to so many new more advanced workouts for me such as incline/decline and chest supported workouts. 100% happy with my purchase.

This bench seems solid and sturdy for working out. The red and black design matches my new training equipment! I like that it's compact and foldable, yet fits the length of some like me that's over 6 feet tall. The hidden feature is the rings located at the base. This makes the bench even more versatile by attaching resistance bands for additional workouts.
