I find this to be a great bench for the price. Seems plenty sturdy to me, I use free weights so I don't get a wobble, I could see possibly if you use a bar and weights and don't keep your bar level you could have some issues but for free weights its great. My height 5' 9" and weight is 175 and seems to be just right. Metal seems sturdy and well coated/painted. Seems are tight, and instead of covers being a flat smooth surface this has a block chain kind of pattern, that helps with not slippy or moving when sweating. I find it a nice add to my home gym set up, much better than my coffee table! Setup was easy only three things to attach, two pins and a thread. Some of the bench incline stops welded to the lower frame are a bit wonky, but the bench is sturdy and stable, be it flat, vertical, or inclined. It’s easy to adjust positions and is light enough to drag around easily. The padding is relatively comfortable, despite being on the thinner side. Bench surface could be a bit wider. This is a very sturdy and great adjustable bench. It was easy to put together and is stable. If lifting heavy the stability can be a bit wobbly if you’re not careful but for the price you can’t go wrong. I do wish there was a bit more room between the ankle/leg holders and the seat as it is a tight squeeze even when the seat is all the way up and leg bar all the way down. One thing to note is that this is not the bench if you are a fairly large individual. I am 175 and fit great but I feel if you got to be 225 or more it is not wide enough to feel comfortable. ... show more

I bought this because I needed a foldable and adjustable weight bench that I could use at home and tuck away when I don’t need it. After unboxing it, I noticed that it was extremely well packaged, and it actually looks very high quality. I put it together in about three minutes and it was super easy to take apart. It’s also super easy to adjust for different workouts. The main thing I was looking for was something that I could fit under my bed and after pulling it out and putting it together, I saw that it was roughly just under 7 1/2 inches which is beyond perfect for what I needed. The weight capacity for it is beyond what I’m gonna need and it is going to open the door to so many new more advanced workouts for me such as incline/decline and chest supported workouts. 100% happy with my purchase. ... show more
