The weighr bench is ok. It does not specify that it takes different size weights than normal free weights. The leg extender does not fulfill its description. It comes with 2 rubber resistance bands. A person would need to purchase new weights and more band in order to use. We have not been able to use the bench reached out to seller with no responce. The seller did respond with a not so nice answer when I requested a 20 dollar refund as the price was 129.00 to me but 109.00 when you look at the sellers page. Still waiting a response on how to return a weight bench.

I had a regular plain cheap bench and was looking to upgrade. Found this gem and was skeptical to purchase at first. I just finished a workout and I feel great, the non slip pads and weight make this very sturdy. Assembly took a bit but it came with every tool and part labeled, total life saver. It’s a bit long so I had to move some things around in the room but the different pieces can be removed when not in use, very versatile. I like the colors and design on the bench and pads too.

The fact this came totally disassembled was not terrible to put together. My main disappointment was the range of motion for preacher curl is awkward and leg curl attachment was designed for a child size person. Every movement is awkward.

nice bench. too short to do the glute work out comfortably, and not ideal for shoulder press if you want the back-pad to be at 90 degrees. Still overall a good bench, which is it's main purpose. Someone else left a review with a picture of this on tile. You should definitely invest in some kind of mat or padding for a home gym area to protect the floor from dropped weights.

Before you buy be sure that’s what you want, it’s made for small size people they have uncomfortable gab between the bench, it costs more to ship back than the purchase price
