I love this umbrella, looks great with my Brown Jordan outdoor dining table. Color is gorgeous. I find the sturdiness and quality comparable to Hampton Bay umbrella and Sunvilla umbrella that I had used before. And the price and customer service is amazing. I’ve been purchasing ABC Canopy umbrellas for quite some time, and I’ve purchased three of them over the years. I originally bought them because I wanted to create some shade for my plants on my patio, and I’ve been really happy with how sturdy and durable they are. Living in California, I almost never fold the umbrellas down, and they have held up remarkably well. Recently, I had an issue with the metal pole on one of my older umbrellas. The purchase was already outside the refund or return window, so I simply contacted ABC Canopy’s customer service to ask if they could send me a replacement part. To my surprise, instead of just sending the part, they were generous enough to send me an entire replacement umbrella! What impressed me even more was how easy the whole process was. I didn’t have to go back and forth with customer service or explain the situation repeatedly. It was resolved with just one email conversation, and the very next day I was notified that the replacement umbrella had been shipped via FedEx. That is truly exceptional customer service. I honestly wasn’t expecting that level of support, especially for an older purchase, and it really changed my impression of the company. A little hard to crank up for an older person. Very pretty and nice with the built-in lights. The material was a little see-through but still provide shade. I just wanted it to be more opaque. I could look up through it and see sunshine. I bought it for my 80 year-old mother and she found it difficult to crank up and I'm 56. I thought it was a little stiff too. Maybe it will loosen up overtime. I hope it does for her. ... show more

We first received the wrong size umbrella. Had to repackage and ship back for replacement. Outside of the delivery mix up, we are pleased with the item we initially ordered. Good color, sturdy and nice lighting effect sitting on the pool deck in the evening. Got this on sale and it is a big umbrella., Pretty easy to assemble and it is solid. Had a few windstorms with it open and it held up very well and did not break. Only drawback are the lights. They are LED but not very bright. If the company were to improve the next model, add brighter lights and a dimmer. That would warrant 5 stars.
