Why did you pick this product vs others?: I usually buy from another company. I decided to try a new one and it was a really good thing. The umbrella is made very sturdy and well. I believe I'm looking to enjoy the whole summer. I thought I had ordered red but glue is okay too. Durability: I just received it so I can't really tell for sure but by the way it's made I am confident it will last for a few Summers. Every item I ordered was in perfect condition, clothing fit and is good quality items for my great-granddaughter. Flashlights were above all exception. The only issue I had was the umbrella the box was cut open at the top and has a small tear or cut in the top of the umbrella that goes through the wind vent into the umbrella itself. This Is unacceptable and unusable by me or anyone else sorry to say but I will will call Amazon tomorrow for replacement of this item. It is a shame but Amazon is always dedicated to customer satisfaction and makes good on every item with the exception of food and gas Amazon is my ‘PLACE TO SHOP’.

We have the navy blue version of this umbrella and it has been perfect and held up great! We live on the water and are susceptible to windier than normal conditions. What’s great about the navy blue version is the arms of the umbrella feed into plastic end caps. We’ve been so happy with it. I purchased the American flag umbrella, expecting it to be the same thing as depicted in the pictures and just like the navy blue one. I was disappointed to find out that it’s not I have already destroyed the box so I’m pretty sure I cannot send it back just a forewarning for those looking to purchase. It makes a difference the plastic end caps because the arms will eventually just poke through the fabric. However, with that being said, the fabric that the arms go into is heavier than what I have purchased before, so I am hopeful.
