We have 2 of these umbrellas. The first one we ordered has worked great with no issues. We love how much cooler it is under the umbrella. The second one however will randomly angle the umbrella at the slightest breeze. It causes the umbrella to fold over at the pivot point where you push the button to angle the umbrella. The part circled in red in the photo. I contacted their customer service and they were going to send me a new umbrella after some troubleshooting didn’t fix it. Once I sent them my address and order info so that I could get the new umbrella, they ghosted me. I contacted them several times with no response and no replacement umbrella was ever sent. We will still use the umbrella that works, but I’m very hesitant to order another from them based on their customer service.

Took this to siesta key it is amazing Sturdy, does a great job of sunshielding I use a shovel to dig deep to anchor and secure , it holds up quite well to the winds - you have to be reasonable - some of the winds are so harsh no umbrella will do - but I give this 5 stars Well worth the $$ would def buy again !

Very cute! Make sure to dig a hole and bury the base and fill the base with sand very well or it will blow away. It held up great in the wind at the beach and provided great shade for the 2 of us. I would definitely buy again.

I recently purchased this beach umbrella for my trips to the sunny beaches of Florida, and overall, I am quite pleased with its performance. The umbrella is designed to provide excellent sun protection, which is a crucial factor in this hot and sunny state. The umbrella's size is perfect, providing ample shade for me and my family. Its sturdy construction gives me confidence that it will withstand strong winds that are often present near the beach. The fabric used is of high quality, effectively blocking harmful UV rays, allowing us to enjoy the beach without worrying about sunburn. One minor issue I encountered was that one of the clamps that held the umbrella together came loose after the first use. However, I was able to resolve this by applying some glue, and it seems to be holding up well now. While this was a slight inconvenience, it didn't significantly affect my overall satisfaction with the umbrella. I appreciate that the umbrella is lightweight and easy to carry around, making it convenient for beach trips. The adjustable tilt mechanism is another great feature, allowing us to adjust the angle of the umbrella according to the sun's position throughout the day. Maybe we didn't bury it deep enough, but the plastic pole did not look sturdy in those strong winds. It was the perfect beach weather, but not for this umbrella despite all the hype for its ability to stay in the wind. The plastic looked shaky. Then, the button that angles got stuck, and the umbrella kept falling to the other side, which ended up providing little shade. It's also so difficult to pack up in the narrow little bag. I don't understand why they make the packaging so tight-fitting. I am thoroughly disappointed. My advice is to find something that can transfer more easily. Even though you have a shovel, once you've buried something in the sand, you don't want to have to unbury it and pick it up out of the sand. You could try loosening the top and twist the umbrella part to get the shade in the direction you need it, but again, the winds were strong, and I didn't want to risk struggling too much since I also have a bad wrist. That was why the adjustable angle was so appealing, but the button malfunctioned. Either way, it doesn't even matter because it was impossible to adjust by myself because the winds were too strong! I could tell it was previously used because of sunscreen or tanning lotion marks, but I couldn't have guessed that the button was broken. If you are still interested in buying this, absolutely ensure that you test it out at the beach before the refund period ends. Don't just try it at home. I wasted $65 for a poor experience. It seemed fine at home, but the umbrella was very difficult to adjust in the strong winds. Consider that you might not be strong enough or too bothered to take the effort to make it work; I would not have been able to adjust the angle by myself.
