Me and my 11 year old daughter put this together very easily. It took us about an hour and a half but we did stop and take a few breaks to love on our bunnies. My 2 Holland Lops fit comfortably in the main cabin and have plenty of room to move around down at the bottom. The hutch feels pretty sturdy but we don’t want to take the chance of a coyote trying to get them so we bring our bunnies in at night.     • Great but the Directions need to be more specific.
The media could not be loaded. This hutch is pretty large width-wise but slightly thin length wise. Regardless it is perfect for 2 rabbits, 1 chicken (maybe 2), about 3 or 4 guineapigs (or other small animals). If you buy this hutch, I strongly recommend you build it where you plan to keep it because the wood is rather weak and you might break the wood if you drag it around. And as a builder's tip: when the instructions ask you to install the roof panels, attach the side roof panels first. DO NOT put the hutch roof panel first or you will have a difficult time putting in the screws for the side panels. Another builders tip: The building instructions does not explain which direction the side walls of the HUTCH go. The side HUTCH walls have a small piece of wood that hangs off the edge a bit, that side needs to go inward and NOT outward. IMPORTANT NOTE: although the Instructions recommend using a Drill, I do not recommend it. Although it would make the job a lot faster, you need to keep in mind that this wood is very brittle and the drill might crack the wood when putting in the screws. My final thoughts: This hutch is definitely worth the buy in my opinion. Its a few feet larger than my current cage, however keep in mind that this hutch is not too sturdy and can weather out over time. ... show more

This is really pretty and keeps the rabbits secure. Easy to get into and keep clean and get the bunnies out. The only issue is that it is made of a wood product that the bunnies like to chew on but I would still have bought this.

I want to love this, but the poor quality materials makes it tough to give this a higher rating. COND It was not too difficult to assemble but the ramps were tricky and wood splintered very easily. A lot of parts already scuffed and splintered on arrival but it took almost a month to get here so there was no way I was going to return it. Some of the screws were too short which was annoying and only 3 out of the 20+ pieces were labeled. The thin piece of wood, scuffed surfaces and shoddy paint were mist disappointing. Also the waterproof floor is just 3 flimsy piece of pvc. It leave grooves in between and there's nothing to anchor it to the bottom frame. So we have to come up for another way to protect our floors. PROS My rabbits love it and they have plenty of space to play and stretch out. It didn't break the bank and for indoor use i think it will be up to the task of housing our bunnies. ... show more

Well the parts that did not come in already broken look nice. Is about the size I expected it to be. To put it into perspective it comes to my waist and I’m 5’4”. The problem with this is the material is horrible. I’m not sure how anyone could use this outside for longer than a year. It’s easy to assemble but don’t mess up on a screw or you will break the subpar “wood” that it is constructed of. The extra cost for this new and improved model is for literally 3 plastic pieces that you put on the floor and sit the house on. They are not trays that pull out or anything useful in my opinion. As per can easily run off of the plastic inside the house and onto the floor. I contacted the company about it being broken and asked for a replacement because sending it back would be an enormous hassle because of the size. They did email me back within a couple of hours. However they do not keep extra parts to replace so the rep suggested me taking a $30 refund and fixing it with a nail gun or epoxy. Which could have potentially worked, had the broken piece been included in the package. Anyways- we made due because I just can’t imagine trying to box all of those pieces up and sending them back. To sum it up. Good customer service, cute cheaply made overly priced product that was fairly easy to assemble. ... show more

Absolutely fantastic hutch! Was easy to assemble, took me maybe 20 minutes??? Anyways the bunny loves it and I am glad it came with the flooring. They even included a wooden chew toy and a hay basket! Also, the people complaining this isnt sturdy, DONT KEEP YOUR RABBITS OUTSIDE PERIOD. You are an irresponsible rabbit parent if you think keeping your rabbit outside is acceptable. This hutch is very well built and sturdy and will last fine in a home. But not out in wind and rain, and again you shouldn't even be keeping your bunnies outside anyways. I think its cruel. ... show more

    • WAY TO SMALL FOR CHICKENS!!!
The coop is way too small for more then one chicken. It's made more for rabbits or smaller animal's. VERY hard to clean and feed. You can not hang watering or feeding containers they walk on and spill food and water. Plus one of the wires was caught and broke due to pore packing. The coop it's self is not very sturdy. Now I'm stuck with a $209.00 chicken coop; because Amazon won't pay return shipping for other venders selling through them. I found out the hard way, they will only send me 10% of the cost, and I get to keep the coop I can't use. Very disappointed, buy at your own risk. *:{ ... show more
