I haven't had this set that long at all, and I take it off when showering etc. That being said, it is extremely disappointing to see that the prongs have already started to tarnish, looking a copper color now.

Well all the gems stayed in but the silver finish is wearing off after only three months. The main stone has lost its sparkle and is scratched. It was an ok temporary ring set.
