This couch was such a pleasant surprise! We were looking for something for my office that would be easily converted when we have guests, and we came across this couch. I was hesitant to purchase it due to the price being as low as it is (I worried it was going to look/feel cheap), but we needed something quickly so we just went ahead and ordered it. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived! Set up was really easy with two people (it couldn't have taken us more than 20 minutes to put together) and the couch is cute and very comfortable. It's incredibly easy to pull out into a bed and feels quite cozy. (In full transparency, we purchased a mattress topper just to give it more of a "bed" feel, but you definitely don't need one - it's firm, but pretty comfy on its own.) I think this couch is a great deal for the price and is something that we definitely plan on keeping for a while. It's perfect for the space and can comfortably fit two adults when pulled out. As a couch, it's super comfy, and as a bed, it's perfect for guests. I would definitely recommend this - if you're on the fence, go for it!! ... show more

Overall for the price and the quality of the product it is decent the frame came broken which is fine because they had responded very quickly and helped me with a new one which shipped out fast which I love the softness I love it’s comfortable but to sleep on I’m kind of missing my mattress but it’s good for a decent size room my bedroom is small the new parts did come dented I am just happy it wasn’t broken bc the sofa needs to support two people to sleep on + a cat it’s a good product just wish the frame and stuff were a bit more high quality or at least decent but it works and the customer service is great so if you have an issues don’t hesitate to get help ... show more

This couch was not what I expected it to be. First thing I don't like about it is that the pull out doesn't lock into place also that when putting it back together as a couch it doesn't lock up the place either so I keep slipping out. There should have been a locking mechanism for this instead of just using a screw as the manual described. I also don't like that the mattress slips off from the frame. It should have been something added for that as well, like the corners at the end of the couch could have been raised enough where the mattress locks into place and doesn't slip out. Also, the resting pillows on sidearms and the back of the counts are not stuffed enough. There is very little stuffing in them, and it still creates a discomfort when leaning back and using the armrest Another dislike is that there is no back panel to cover the back of the couch. The bottom metal is exposed, and this couch is more to put something against the wall. Something also should have been done about the slippery legs on this couch. After using my couch for a couple of months, I waited to write this review. Overall, you need to know this is a good couch. I am single and live alone with my black lab (109 lbs). This was my first apartment, and knowing that I have such a large dog whose playful I didn’t want to buy a $2000 couch. I purchased this couch instead. If I had to do it all over again, I would. It turns into a queen-sized bed, which is great for when I have friends visit. I typically leave it in lounge mode! Why? Because I’m 5’5, and if I lay down on the couch horizontally, I fit head to toe, so keep that in mind if you’re taller than 5’5. The cushions are on the firmer side, and I will say construction instructions are not perfect, and I have a higher leg than the other. I had someone to build this. I didn’t build it myself so it wasn’t a user error. To add a small note the paint chips off on the metal frame often. I vacuum twice a week and always find paint chips under the couch from the frame. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable option, I think this is great. Depending on where I’m at in life after, I would honestly try to bring this couch with me and or get another one of these because it is so convenient and easy to clean, and even though it is firm, it’s still comfy. ... show more
