    • nice solid, lightweight, about 5 speeds but very close to each other on squeeze control
the Ryobi version has a dial which you can keep consistent from each use, but this one is just controlled by how much you squeeze. If you have trouble controlling your squeeze, def. do the Ryobi, noting that it requires an allen key to change tools. This DeWalt is quite good, just needs controlled squeeze to maintain speed. it very easily gets to max speed unintentionally, but the quick change is preferable in the end, def. what you would need if you're going through multiple steps. in the end, I would get both to have option depending on the job. ... show more

This unit replaced my second Rockwell. I’m done with wired oscillating saws. This one has plenty of power and is super convenient to use. The blade attachment is so much easier to use then Rockwell

I’m 62 years old and I’ve been making coin rings for two years. The last tool I had wasn’t very sturdy. It wore out in a year and 1/2. Unboxing this I was very impressed with the weight of it.
