This has lived through two Michigan winters now. The holes for the rope to connect to it ripped in year one but I've found other ways to keep it in the middle of my pool for the majority of the winter.

This worked very well. It lasted on winter closing. Did not use it yet for the second season cause had to take pool down for multiple holes in the pool to repair. There was no leakage of air the first winter. It floated the whole season. Have used other but they had their problems like moving around the pool, leaves getting stuck on the cover where they sank down and created water traps on top of the cover. This stay firm through one season so far. Best value for the money so far.

This is a good quality pool pillow. I use it to protect my pool through the winter until we reopen it in the Spring. It expands to ensure that tension from the cold and ice do not damage the pool’s walls. The pillow is cold resistant and it doesn’t leak or deflate in winter. The 4 grommet design keeps the pillow in the center and prevents it from floating out of place. It’s very easy to install too! It took my husband 30 minutes from start to finish. It can withstand subzero temperatures and does a great job protecting the walls from expanding ice. I highly recommend this clever device for above ground pool protection. It’s absolutely worth it!
