Description

This stove pipe kit is designed to work with stoves that have a 3" air intake system . IT WILL NOT WORK ON 2" SYSTEMS. The kit includes 10 feet of aluminum flexible tubing when fully stretched out. It includes mounting plates for inside and outside the home plus a moisture protector and screen. 2 locking bands are also included to allow for a secure and tight system. This kit will work on many stove brands including Harman and Enviro. A fresh air intake will allow a closer install of windows according to many manufacturers. Please check your owner's manual for details.

The metal used for the termination is heavy gauge material . The air supply pipe is of a hard flexible dryer vent type. As a professional chimney sweep, I recommend this product for it’s designed purpose.

    • It works, but be prepared to buy additional hose clamps
I installed this kit to draw fresh air from the outside rather than from the crawlspace, and was able to do the job with only one hitch, the hose clamps. They're 3" clamps for a 3" internal dimension hose, meaning they can't be opened up enough to slide over the metal hose. Fortunately I was able to re-use the old clamp for the stove end and beefy wire ties for the intake end. Since that end is well secured to the cover plate that was sufficient.     • No instructions; poor fitting hardware; no clamps
You'll have to guess as to how to put this together. Nothing fits very well either. We'll make it work but wouldn't recommend.

Had to order this knowing from other reviews that the clamps would be too small. Otherwise the product works. Shame on the company shipping their product with incorrect parts.

Need 3 1/2 in hose cramp. One that comes with it is too small to fit around the housing.
