This is a good piece of hardware. It's not pretty but it's built well and it does what it says it will. It doesn't quite hold the 130 lb that it says, but it will take 3 40 lb bags. The software, app, and remote control are a bit wonky. But they do what they say they will. The customer support is very good! So if you have a question, call the number. The media could not be loaded. We like the stove because it had good reviews and a decent price but it’s noisy the computer shut off and doesn’t want to restart in the glass. You have to clean it three times a day that should not happen.

Came well packed/wrapped. Was afraid about how it would come packaged since so big. Got it fast and no dents or scratches from shipping. Easy to set up just heavy to move around. Works great. Has saved on propane bill for sure. 4 bedroom mobile home heats it great. Just leave all bedroom doors open.

I took a chance on this because there was no reviews and it it turned out good the only thing you need is a screwdriver to put the lcd screen on. I did have to setup the settings before turning it on but it does work well
