I used ecogenix ev charger daily for 1 week, this one works flawlessly every time. The peace of mind knowing that my car is being charged efficiently and safely is truly invaluable. It's smaller than a carry-on suitcase, so it won't take up much space in my trunk. I like that it's portable so I can easily take it with me and use it when I'm out and about. if I visit family or a friend, I can use it at their house. Plus, it's a fraction of the cost compared to the manufacturer brand chargers. And don't worry about compatibility – this charger works on all evs, there are adapter works for tesla. I can personally vouch for its compatibility with Volvo vehicles. The material is durable and built to last. I just got my first EV last month, and bought this as I waited to get a level 2 charger installed. It actually charged much faster than I expected, and for my needs I found I don't really need to invest in a level 2 charger. I live 7.5 miles out of town, and can usually recharge a days driving around town in a few hours, if I drive further an overnight charge will usually fully charge. I have a 150 mile per charge car, so it may take longer for a larger battery, but I have never had an issue. I was told to expect 2 miles an hour but find I get closer to 4.5 with my car, a Nissan Leaf SV, which is one of the smaller batteries for an EV. I may still invest in a level 2 charger since my state will pay for it, and the federal government is offering $1000 towards installation for rural people. But, this has so far been enough. It is lightweight, easy to install anywhere you may need to use it, as long as you have access to any normal 120v outlet. It fits nicely in its bag, and stores easily in the trunk, taking very little space. Ive used it for over a month and found it's durable in all weather, though I think in the sun the cord gets hot, as when I laid it across grass once the grass under had turned yellow in the few hours I had charged. I don't know if it's because it's black and heats from the sun, or if the actual current heats the cord, or both. At a time when it wasn't sunny I touched the cord and it didn't feel hot to the touch, but when it's in direct summer sunlight that is something to be aware of. Make sure it's not directly on grass or something flammable. Otherwise, I have found it's more efficient than I expected, and I'm happy with my choice. There are dozens available, I chose this one because it said it was faster and more efficient and that has so far been the case.

I can't suggest another one. This Ecogenix charger works exceptionally well, and I am genuinely pleased with this purchase. Here is my real experience, and hopefully, it can be informative. Impressive charging speed and flawless performance. no interruption in the charging process during charging sessions. I can plug it in at night and not worry about a thing. Initially, I was a bit concerned about checking for abnormalities, but after several charging, it works perfectly. The charging speed is approximately 25% faster than my previous charger. I am highly satisfied with it, as one night's charging time is sufficient for my work commute the next day. Sturdy appearance with high-quality material, I noticed its robust build and premium materials. It seems suitable for any weather condition, and I have no safety concerns whatsoever. love that the 25 ft cable which is very long, so doesn’t really matter where I park in the garage ,specially charging at outdoors, Exactly what I needed! the lcd screen is big eough so I can see all indexes without effort and it can delay charging time to save money. In a word, this was exactly what we were looking for and charges the car nicely! highly recommended!

I have a new Jeep 4XE and wanted a tier 2 charger since I already had a 220v outlet in my garage. Normal charge with the manufacturers charger for a standard outlet can take "12 hrs" more like 14. With this baby I get a full charge in 4 hrs. Supposedly it's supposed to charge in 2 if you have a tier 2, but I am just happy I can do it so much faster now. It comes with a case and a few assessor's to hang it on the wall. I plan to do that and like that it won't be thrown about my garage all willy nilly.

So tired of companies lying about their products. This is advertised as a 25 foot cable, in both, the title and description. Where I can park is 24 feet of cable away from the outlet. I am replacing a failed 25 foot charger and tried this one. It is NOT 25 feet, but 23 feet instead. In my photo the bottom charger is my failed 25 foot cable, and the top one is this Amazon charger, which is noticeably shorter. My car has less than 10% charge and now I've wasted 3 days waiting for this charger, for it to be falsely advertised (illegal) and now am without a car, while I deal with trying to return this and find something else, to get my car charged. So tired of wasting time and money on garbage from lying companies.
