    • Decend basic hearing aid
This is a decent (not high end) hearing aid. Unit is quite small and light weight. Rocker button to change mode or volume is tiny (hold down for 3 seconds turn on/off or change noise cancel mode, tap/short hold top or bottom to change volume). Unit and rocker button are so small, that my average sized fingers cannot operate button while unit is on my ear. It is easy to remove from ear, push button and re-install on ear. Hearing is not as clear as my high end ear pods style unit but it is acceptable. I am not sure if I changed noise cancel mode so not sure what difference that feature makes. Overall, unit is very comfortable to wear even with glasses, improves my hearing, and is almost not visible (hidden behind ear) on my bald head. Ear insert is easy to put in and remove, does not fall out easily (like ear pods do) and feels much more comfortable than my ear pod style unit. One negative: The charging case does not have a closing cover that allows units to be stored on the charger while you are traveling. Ear units came in separate closable storage unit - making it a minor annoyance to carry two cases when traveling. Update 12/2/24 Noise cancellation has no external adjustment means. It is supposed to be "automatic." I do not notice background noise being reduced much if any under changing conditions. No other changes to prior comments. ... show more

Ordered as a back up pair while waiting on new ones. They didn't turn on at all.

They increase the volume but clearly are not as good as the more expensive real hearing aides. Worth the money

    • No mode adjustments.
The product came well packaged and we're perfect as far as size. However, the adjustments are limited to volume only, no mode adjustment for different noise environments. Will be returning as this lack of feature affects my ability to hear under differing conditions.

    • Cost effective and comfortable
Don't try those overly cheap hearing aids, as they might harm your ears.I have moderate to severe hearing loss and these over the ear hearing aides are great!I was surprised when I started using the hearing aid that it really helped. They were inconspicuous, comfortable, and helped my hearing with little adaptation required. I have had them for 1 month now and love them.. ... show more
