I ordered my hearing aids and recieved them in 3 days they were smaller than I thought they would be compared to others I had seen. first time wearing them the right one shut off after 5 minutes then came back on foe 30 seconds so I contacted them and they responded promptly they replaced it . It only took 2 days to get my replacement. They fit and are comfortable. Would recommend to try for anyone.
