Received last week. As with most consumer electronics built in China, the packaging itself is impressively engineered, but the instructions are cause for some bewilderment, as follows: (1) Remove .... from the case and automatically turn it on after 10 seconds. Translation it will turn itself on after 10 seconds. (2) ... choose the right dome (flexible ear cushion) size; pictured. (3) ... facing forward "asshone" (4) "Press and hold the volume down button for 2 seconds to switch programs, then select a clear program." For each of 4 programs "you'll hear 1 drop, 2 drops, 3 drops, and 4 drops." I assume an English speaker would read "ding" for drops. There is a handy case with a type c usb cable. The two hearing aids are in the case when it arrived so I assumed I should leave the aids in the case and plug the case into a usb port. Actually it's the case which gets charged,then when you store the aids into the case, they get charged from the case. I think. I'm still confused about the 4 programs. Instructions say to choose a program in which the voice is perfectly clear by pressing and hold the volume - key for 2 seconds. What voice? Is the device programmed to say a sample voice, or does the wearer or a friend provide the voice? There's no description of each of the 4 programs or how they vary. I've been wearing one for most of a day, and it's comfortable. I'm still uncertain about the effectiveness. I'll give it another week or two.

I loved It comes with its charger and a cleaning cloth; it is easy to use and fits the ear well this product, it helped my grandma hear better since she has hearing problems, she can hear more clearly. Battery last all day i would highly recommend!

The sound is clear and greatly improves hearing in conversations and in environments with moderate noise.
