Features

  • Make the Replacement more Pretty: When you purchase the RVPart Pro tankless water heater to replace the old 6-gallon RV tank water heater, you can choose a 15 x 18 inches door kit to cover the gap exposed by car body opening
  • Dedicated Door Kit: This is only suitable for RV water heaters of the same brand as RVPARTPRO, and is not compatible with other brands of water heaters
  • Easy to Choose: When you don't know how to choose a suitable size, the easiest way is to measure the size of existing water heater door and then choose a RVPARTPRO model that is closest to it
  • Waterproof and Dustproof: After installing this door, it can effectively isolate rainwater and sand and dust in rainy, snowy or windy days, ensuring that the water heater always operates stably
  • Durable Material: The inner material of the door is galvanized steel, and the surface is sprayed with high temperature resistant waterproof paint. The excellent material keeps it looking as beautiful as new

  • Bought wrong size and this saved me since there are no returns for the entire water heater
Style: 15"x18.5" Black Door
If you messed up and bought your rv part pro water heater with the wrong size door This one can be switched out in 10 minutes. I bought the 15x15 and needed a door that was 15x18. This thing lined up perfect with the exaughst.

  • Easy install. Don't over think it.
Style: 18.5"x18.5" Black Door
Works perfectly!! Easy install. Getting the old one out took longer. Had to extend the water lines, this one takes a lot less room that my original 10 gallon Suburban. Don't over think it. Get it installed and you won't regret it. Just remember, ONLY 12 VOLT!!! I ran my power line to my Lithium batteries on my solar. ... show more

  • Have to Purchase RV Part Pro Door Separately But This Tankless Water Heater keeps constant Hot Water
Style: Silver
I had to get a new water heater when my old one that I've had for only 3 yrs failed. The only issue that I had which was my mistake is that the door doesn't come included and for now I have to cover the water heater up with some 1/4" wire and some fiberglass screen so no mice or bugs enter until I purchase a door from RV Part Pro. You need to purchase the same door as brand as the exhaust vent is centered oddly and will not work with a universal door. In order to make this water heater Fit in my old 1994 5th wheel I needed to do some re-framing. The internals are well made as it has copper piping and it hasn't leaked. Installing was easy as it uses 1/2" NPT fittings and a 5/8" unf. Adjusting the temperature is very simple with the controller. It does keep a constant water temperature 🌡️ and even though the temperature range is 95 Fahrenheit to 123 Fahrenheit I usually just keep it on 95. This unit has a temperature freeze protection that kicks on at about 41 degrees Fahrenheit just as long as you have power and propane running to the unit. It also has a over heating protection which basically doesn't use more propane than needed to heat to the specific degrees that you have set. Don't really know if I have used more or less propane than before. Not having a door really looks horrible but the unit works perfectly. I think the value is priced right for the quality you get. My previous RV Water heater that went out was less expensive but going out in less than 3 yrs with occasional use isn't good so even though it's priced higher I would rather have better quality so no big deal. If you are not comfortable with remodeling or re framing anything then I highly suggest to measure and make sure that this unit will fit your RV, Travel Trailer, ETC.... It would be perfect for installing into anything that runs on a 12v source. Micro camper, Tiny house whatever. ... show more

  • UPDATED... Off center and .5” wider than description.
Style: 15"x18.5" White Door
I have upgraded from 1 to 4 stars, not for the product, but for the customer service I received. I did not make a mistake in ordering this door - The issue is the clarity of the listing. Maybe my case is the odd one, but it is the truth, and I had to change gears and improvise at the last minute. I did receive a refund, (Thank you KingRVer!) ORIGINAL REVIEW: The dimension width is 18.5” not 18. This made all the difference on my clients rig. Couldn’t install for that reason, as well as theis: the hole for the water heater IS NOT CENTERED!! It’s placed all the way to the right side, instead of being in the center. What an arbitrary decision. Makes no sense at all, and again, made it impossible to install in my clients coach. (The original water heater has rounded corners on the tank , of course. This tank is exactly square, and that square edge used up the space in the bottom corner inside the water heater compartment, and hit against a plumbing pipe. Would not work. If it were CENTERED, the fitment would have been almost perfect, except for the extra 1/2” on the door. Probably doesn’t make much sense what I’m typing but might possibly help someone to be aware of fitment. Now I’ll have to customs make a flange that will hold this water heater. (I do like the water heater though.) ... show more
