Because it’s a washable it is thin (which they are meant to be), so I bought a rug pad to go underneath which gave it some extra cushion when walking on it. This rug is elegant and beautiful. Super soft and easily lays out. I was worried that the color in it (that orangish) color would be too bright/stand out but it doesn’t at all. It’s more faint in person. I got this on sale so the price was extremely reasonable for the higher end quality the rug ended up being! It’s not a thick rug so don’t expect that out of it, the dimensions listed in the images/description are true to size!

This rug is perfect! It’s very soft and lays very flat so I don’t believe it will be a tripping hazard. So far looks very well made and has the grippy on the back. I haven’t washed it yet so I hope it holds up well but I think it will. The color is light taupe, and looks better than the pictures advertised.

These rugs are very nice looking, VERY VERY soft underfoot too. The non-slip is working well on my tile floor. I have doubts about how clean they will stay and how washable they will actually be. I bought both the 12’ runner and the 3x5. My husband feels like he is slipping, and the dog (whom I bought the rugs for because he has mobility problems) is also having problems with traction. But, I think, once I wash them they probably won’t feel the same. Very very thin too. Not that that is a bad thing sometimes.

TLDR: Get this rug if you have kids!! A washable rug was a must for me because I have three toddlers. This one look super nice next to our red brick fireplace and grey couches, and I picked it out for the price point and perfect color match. However, as soon as we put this rug out it suffered food and beverage stains. I washed it and, amazingly, there were no detectable stains left behind. When I went to pull it out of the washing machine, some how a magenta colored sticker from inside my washer spread all over the surface of the rug. I was so discouraged, thinking it would be ruined this time for sure, but I washed it again. All of the magenta came out, and it looks and feels like new again (did not get all hard when it dried). I'm so impressed! I think this rug is perfect for a family with young kids.

I bought these a few months back after months of looking on Amazon for washable rugs for my kitchen. I first bought two 2x3 rugs to see how I liked them in person. I received them and loved how they looked, how they felt, and how they flattened out so easily. So I went back online and bought the matching long runner for the area by my kitchen sink and dishwasher. Other than some slight sliding around, they’ve met my expectations. I’ve been hesitant to launder them because I liked them so much and I KNEW they were too good to be true. I washed them on gentle and when I spread them out on my bathroom floor to air dry I noticed the binding unraveling. I’m so disappointed. The upside is that they air dried beautifully but I won’t be able to wash them again which was the biggest selling point for me. If you buy these, beware.

This rug looks BEAUTIFUL in my new kitchen! It’s very soft underfoot (not thick, but it is soft) & the non-slip backing seems adequate. Not sure how it will hold up over time, but it did provide enough traction to prevent it from easily sliding when I was trying to get it straight. I just unpacked it, so there are numerous creases. I think I’ll try running it through a quick wash & dry to see if that helps. Also, no off-gassing whatsoever. My initial take is that I’m VERY pleased - I’ll be back if that changes!
