This cat carrier is absolutely the best one I’ve tried! I wanted to take our cat on walks and the extra weight definitely ups the heart rate! The cat enjoys the walks as well as I can fold the fabric too and keep it open with the Velcro strip. Then I zip up the mesh top so our cat can stick his head out and observe while we walk. The zippers have a lock, which is great since cats seem to find a way out of anything lol! And the expansion is great in case we take this carrier on the plane and give him some room to stretch out as allowed. One side pocket is large with a Velcro closure, and I can keep my iPhone and a long 15 ft leash for some sun bathing without running off (he’s an indoor cat and we have lots of foxes, hawks and coyotes as we back up to a marsh and lost one cat to nature who was an indoor/outdoor cat) with room to spare. The other side has a string closure for a water bottle, which is nice if I’m doing regular walks and get thirsty. The cushioned back straps also make it comfortable to wear this backwards for our walks. I would have to lock the zippers and maybe even close the top so he doesn’t escape if I wear this as a backpack. When we do travel, I’m confident this will be a great carrier for our trip! Highly recommend!

I wish I returned this when I could. It’s the worst cone (shouldn’t even be called that due to its flimsiness) when I could but I was too busy trying to heal my dog. This company should not be allowed to sell these and call them cones for the purpose of keeping a dog from reaching an injury or sore. The material is so flimsy and soft the dog just pushes past it as if it were a blanket. To the manufacturer you know what you are selling and you’re taking advantage of pet parents.

More than comfy compared to a traditional hard cone! We bought three of these soft cones. Each one was different in size even though we ordered an identical size. They fray and shrink after washing in warm cycles. I air dry them. The Velcro is awesome. Very strong. Can adjust it so my furbaby is comfortable. A little pricey, especially as I’ll keep having to replace them as Crosby’s burns slowly heal. My dog has a very long recovery ahead of him, so the wear and tear are results of washing them every day. Three stars due to inconsistency in size.

My Pyrenees needed an Elizabethan Collar to prevent him from biting and licking hot spots on his back. I thought this would be more comfortable than the typical plastic collar. It seems well built and was easy to put around his neck. Unfortunately, it is ineffective. Due to the collars lack of rigidity, he is able to get around the collar. He is able to rub against, furniture, walls or other objects and fold the collar backwards so that it provides 0 deterrence to biting or scratching. I can't recommend it for the purposes mentioned in this review and I can think of a reason to use this collar.

Yea waste of money bought LG says it will fit dogs 49-110 lbs that's a lie it won't even fit around my dogs neck and he's 79 lb and that's not to even mention how short it is from his neck to head this cone don't even cover his head ...

Purchased the size recommended for a beagle and it is too small. It fits her around the neck sort of but it’s also not long enough at the nose. There is a thin strip of Velcro that fastens it together and our dog was able to get it off easily by just rolling in the grass outside. It appears to be pretty comfortable on her and I can easily slip two fingers between the collar and her neck all the way around. The price was good for what it was.
