If this was the only pan you had, I'm not sure there's anything you couldn't cook. Sure it's a wok and can stir fry. It's also deep enough to use as a pot for soups or stews. There's enough flat on the bottom to sear meats. The only down side is you need to keep an eye on the temp. Standard woks will take all the heat you can give them. This wok is limited to 500 degrees. That's not a big limitation, but something you'll want to pay attention to. The no-stick surface is very durable and works well. I use just a touch of butter and the eggs slide right out, fried or scrambled.

This wok is so heavy! I’ve never had great upper body strength, so lifting it with one hand is impossible for me. Being right-handed, I usually lift pans with my left hand while guiding with a spatula in my right, but with this wok, it’s a two-hand job. The non-stick coating is not your typical type—it’s somewhere between a sticky pan and a non-stick pan. I treat it like a slightly sticky stainless steel wok, and I’m happy with it. So far, it seems scratch-resistant, which is a big plus compared to traditional non-stick pans, and I hope it stays that way. For $99, it’s a good size for cooking family meals, but be prepared for the extra weight. If you can handle that, it’s a solid choice!

This wok is very nicely made and is also a great size for daily use. It gets hot evenly and seems to sear things quickly and without sticking. It is also very easy to clean and maintain. Overall my family loves using it and I would recommend it to other's as it is very similar to the name brand Hexagon pans without the high price.

This pan works perfectly on my ceramic glass top stove. I use this pan on my smallest burner. The design of this pan allows for excellent concentration of heat. The steep side angles makes it easy to continue to stir/mix the food aggressively. The pan has great thermal properties . Food cooks quickly without burning. I have used this pan to cook fried rice and it has worked better than any other pan I currently own. This pan is perfect for many oriental dishes that are typically done in a wok. It is easy to clean because of its non-stick properties. This pan also works perfectly for deep frying foods. This pan is very heavy and has a mass comparable to cast iron. This is the perfect go to pan for many high temperature cooking meals.

I do quite a bit of cooking since I retired. Being an American of Asian descent I do a lot of stir fry and wok cooking. I found that since I only cook now for my wife and myself the wok I was using is too large and unwieldly. This 12" stainless steel wok is the perfect size for our smaller meals. It is very well made and the stainless steel is thick and holds heat well. It is fairly deep but a bit flatter at the bottom than a traditional wok. I love the hexagon non-stick pattern. I have been wanting to try a hex pattern pan for awhile and it is amazing. Nothing sticks when I stir fry. They do recommend seasoning the wok first and provide instructions on how to do it. The pan is a little on the heavy side due to its robust construction but is easier to handle than most cast iron pans. It says you can use metal utensils, but I think I will wait on that. Super nice and a good value for the money. I expect it to last years.

So far this pan is a good non-stick stir fry pan, but it’s so heavy i cannot see using it very often, frankly. Other woks I have used never felt this heavy in my hand. My wrists hurt! Nice washing up, handle feels good, pan feels balanced in hand.

I can't quite call this a "wok" per se. It's a very heavy round-bottom pan that cooks nicely. However, I won't be throwing it on an open high-temperature flame and using it like I use my wok for authentic-style cooking. This works great for my one-pot meat, veggie, and rice dishes. I can sear the meats and aromatics and toss in the rice and liquids for a great result at the end. It's absolutely gorgeous, with great styling and a mirror finish. It looks great on my pot rack and I hope to use it for many years to come. We'll see how that works out given the coating, and I'll never use metal utensils in it, regardless of the claim. For the price, I wish it came with even a simple lid, but luckily I have a silicone and glass multi-size universal lid that works great. I had the same issue with other pans that I bought individually that didn't come with one, and I use that for all of them.
