I put together in about 15 minutes. There are no clear step by step instructions, so I looked at the screws, the two pins (one is shorter than the other) and saw where they all fit. That’s it. Build, The machine is put together. Size, I’m 5’ 10” size is good for me. Workout raises heart rate. Weight, I’m 70 and 185lbs. Luckily I have other pieces of home gym equipment and try to stay physically fit. Value , everything is built in China, the plastic parts and the foam will break down soon, but that’s what we live with today. All in all, I think it’s a good investment. ... show more

This machine feels premium, came well packaged and 'functions' smoothy. I have no concerns about the quality but I do not think this is a viable solution to core exercises. Maybe it's a personal opinion but I did 100 of these a day for a month and didn't see a difference. It doesn't feel difficult to use even after a lot of reps & a steeper angle.
