I put together in about 15 minutes. There are no clear step by step instructions, so I looked at the screws, the two pins (one is shorter than the other) and saw where they all fit. That’s it. Build, The machine is put together. Size, I’m 5’ 10” size is good for me. Workout raises heart rate. Weight, I’m 70 and 185lbs. Luckily I have other pieces of home gym equipment and try to stay physically fit. Value , everything is built in China, the plastic parts and the foam will break down soon, but that’s what we live with today. All in all, I think it’s a good investment.

Easy to put together and stores against the wall for quick access out of the way. Lightweight so i can set it up myself despite my injury. I was so afraid this would hurt me to use, but it allows to me to work muscles i otherwise wouldnt be able to use without flaring up my back. I have only been using it for a few days but so far very satisfied with the ability to give a good muscle burn without hurting me.

Somehow this machine makes working the abs so much more fun than doing sit-ups, which I hate. You can absolutely FEEL the burn!! Not sure that the independent glides are worthwhile - for one thing, the display counter only counts the left side, not the right. However, I do like doing it "together" and then independently, if only because it's easier on me. We bought a similar machine and this one is much more sturdy, although the other one is fine (doesn't have independent glides). I would recommend this machine if you're looking for an awesome AB workout.

I am sure this works for some people, but through my weight lose mission and more exercise this is NOT for me, I can't give it 1 stars because I am sure its me, not them. but the comfort was not there for me, and using it I was in pain and could barely do any reps. Maybe I am just that out of shape but I rather do floor sit ups, which is a shame because I wanted to love this.

This thing feels somewhat cheap, and seeing dozens of the same exact ones on Amazon under different names, you know it's just a cheap mass-produced no name item, but... It's surprisingly fun to use! Our whole family loves it, and we use it every day. Trying to see who can do more. I do feel it in my muscles as well. The movement feels easy, but it definitely makes you work, and that's what it's all about. For the price, I'd say it's nice to have.
