It was pretty easy to assemble, not bad at all. I'm 6'00" and it was very comfortable and relieved my back pain and helped with a right side rhomboid pain I've been suffering from for a while now. The relaxing feeling in my whole torso has been incredible. Especially since I've been back in the gym for a few months now and squats have been taking a toll on me at 55, I'm feeling it way more than I did 20 - 30 years ago. That decompression is awesome. The heat and massage are the best. Absolutely worth every penny.

I have a L5-S1 heriation where I got surgery and recovered. But now I got injured again and my spine feels so compressed I am desperate for relief. I decided to finally get a Inversion table as I noticed benefits of my Physical Therapist providing "Traction" where they grab your ankles and pull on you which relieves tension on your spine. This is a similar effect by providing vertical traction. Your weight of your body relieves the tension on your spine. I opted for this model with the massage and heat. ABSOLUTE worth it. I put it on full blast heat and massage and man....definitely makes it worth it and gives some relief. It's no magic fix so far but even my pain management doctor said the purchase was an excellent idea and highly recommends it. This one will likely stay with me til I no longer exist. It's built really solid. Like it's REALLY solid. It's very heavy of a unit so if you are the one with back issues, hopefully try and get some assistance with setting this up. Keep in mind of space, it's a very large unit! It does sort of fold up but only so much. Its still a large unit folded up and makes for a pain in the butt in my apartment with limited space but I got desperate for relief from the compressed feeling in my disc and this has helped so much already. I'm trying to get it to relieve a pinch where my foot is numb. If this helps relieve that I will definitely update this here. But otherwise it's worth it alone for relieving that compressed feeling in your spine that just doesn't go away. From what I experienced in my short time of owning this. I can highly recommend it. At $200, this is a back injured best friend.

When you hear those dreaded three words,”some assembly required”, you need not fear. The instructions are spot on! Many easy to follow instructions and diagrams. You can even scan the code and see an assembly video. While It is not the easiest to assemble, it can be done with two people. Most steps only require a single person but adding the seat to the frame will require two people. When I got to that part, I flipped the frame upside down. I didn’t have to fight gravity to then fasten the 4 bolts to hold the seat. The apparatus is very well made, sturdy construction. The included tools were all that I needed. The process took about 3 hours to complete. The heat and massage work extremely well. This inversion table does the job to relieve pain in the entire back! Not just lower back, but even as high as the shoulders. I would give it 5 stars if the assembly would have gone better. Still, you don’t have to let that stop you from getting this apparatus. It works extremely well. You can even spend a little more money and have it delivered to the room you want and have it assembled. For the money, this is first rate! I’m completely satisfied with this inversion table. I recommend it. One last mention, it is rated for 300 pounds.

I had one of these before that cured my sciatica when Dr's could not. But loaned it to a family member and never got it back. So I bought this one and I actually like it much better. You can reverse the ankle braces on this one which was a big bonus for me as I have really bad ankles from years of sports injuries. The old one actually hurt my foot that I broke years ago but this one does not. You haven't lived if you've never suffered severe back pain. It is not a joke. You have to be careful and go slow using these but it's as smooth as butter raising up and down. And the relief of hanging upside down is immediate. I can only compare it to the other one I had. But this one just has more cushion. Feels like a must better quality and why at the time I bought it was ranked as number one. I have been recommending this to people I know who are having back issues. A few have gotten one themselves and have thanked me for it. I've even offered to let someone come try mine. I just won't be loaning it again. Lol But yes, if you're having back pain and especially sciatica. Don't be afraid to at least try this. The price was very competitive and it works great. It wasn't that difficult putting it together either. I might have had a tug of war once or twice but overall it didn't take very long. Maybe 30 minutes or so. Instructions were very easy to follow, again just take your time because it has to be just right. But very easy to use, very comfortable just lying on it. And should the ankle cuffs irritate your ankles in any way, just reverse them. Thanks and good luck.

Assembly: I assembled the inversion table by myself. It was a bit tedious but not too bad. The instructions were pretty good and the parts were easy enough to figure out. Use: I read the instructions on how to invert and after a small learning curve it was easy enough to use. I initially skipped the first couple of settings to invert more steeply, but found that the first setting was steep enough for now. Using it has already alleviated lower back pain I’ve had for YEARS!! I’m not suggesting I’m “cured” but it really is working like I had hoped it would. I’ll probably “recompress” but I will continue to invert which seems to be working!! Other reviewers have complained about the heated massage attachment but I found that it worked pretty well. If selected it heats up and it vibrates in random intervals and locations to give you a nice massage. I actually really like it and I use it every time I invert. I set it on auto which seems to last about 20-25 minutes before shutting off. Overall a nice table of good quality that was worth the price.
