Quick and easy to assemble. But let's get on to the usage. So my abs are seriously out of shape and have lost a lot of strength. The first time I got on this I couldn't even hardly do one. On the second day I made it to two. By the fourth day I made it to 10. I'm now in my second week and I'm doing 15 per session three times a day. I am very impressed with this abd fitness equipment. I've never been able to work my abs before because it always hurts my back. This has no effect on my back at all and causes absolutely no strain or pain. That's my favorite thing. Also I am building great strength in my stomach and core. I haven't lost a lot of abdominal fat yet but that will take time and I need to get my reps up. So if you need a good abb workout and need to build core body strength plus have back problems or don't want back problems, This is a great solution. Do what you can every day and after two weeks it will be a lot easier. I'm going to keep at it and watch my stomach fat go away and be replaced with muscle. ... show more

I really love this equipment. It was easy to assemble and it stows away nicely. I used to own an ab lounger, but it took up more space and was not as convenient to use. Therefore, it tended to just collect dust. This device has multiple settings to adjust the intensity of the workout and can be used while watching something on the tv. I have noticed a difference in my core strength within the first two weeks of use. Wasn't sure which brand of these to pick, but settled on this one. Ppl were not joking in the other reviews about 2 things: 1. You can assemble this in about 10 minutes, super easy...BUT...I am looking at the pics and videos of other reviewers...be sure you put your handlebars on the correct direction. It will go on either way, but one will leave your handle bars pointed in a weird way that will be less comfortable. 2. You WILL feel it...I have been using it every day and could only do like 3 reps the first day. By day five I am doing sets of 15-20 reps on the middle setting. Only issues I have had is that I just realized I am missing one of the rubber feet that the product sits on and there is no way to get a part from the seller, so now I have to return this one and get another. At least it will be quick to set up, but it does seem sloppy from the manufacturer. That being said, it is pretty sturdy and works well and I have no other overall complaints. I will be using it daily and hope that it will hold up over time, but all indications so far is that it is otherwise pretty well made. I also have to say, this is not an ideal product if you are quite overweight. I think the unit would not hold up well to excessive weight, but I am 5'11 and 185lbs and it is perfectly fine for me. ... show more

If you’re anything like me, once you get used to an ab exercise, it seems to get easy fast and lose its effectiveness. This has caused me to end up having a ton more ab machines than I have for other muscle groups. Thankfully, this one works great and my body hasn’t seemed to adjust to it nearly as fast as other ones I’ve purchased in the past. It was relatively easy to assemble with clear instructions, I’d say it took about 20 minutes in total and I’m not very handy. The unit itself is lightweight and easy to move around, but sturdy enough to stay in place and not slide around while in use. It’s got a small footprint and easily stores away in the corner or closet. In terms of the exercise itself, it works great! Smooth and fluid movements, and the way that you’re having to use your body weight to pull up is a less common way to exercise your ab muscles, which for me has led to a much more efficient workout. Definitely a great machine, forget crunches this thing really makes you feel the burn, and not only burning your stomach but also your arms. It has nice adjustments for just starting out and working your way up. Very durable, and comfortable design.

The machine itself is good quality very sturdy. But if you are looking for an extensive workout this is not it. The kind of motion that your doing all relies on you and your own core, which means if you are trying to do 45 minutes of this it won’t be easily done think of it like a pull up even the fittest people do not perform pull ups hours at a time If you want a side workout that maybe you can do 3 sets of 10 rather than go on the floor and to do crunches then it’s a good buy. But if you’re looking for cardio or a long steady workout this is not it !! ... show more
