Brought the bicycle for my granddaughter and it never worked. Reached out to company and they responded but was not very helpful. I wound up just asking for a different battery because I couldn’t get the original to charge and they just sent new wires to attach to the battery with no further instructions or suggestions so now I have to purchase a different vehicle because my granddaughter has seen this one and really wants to ride it. Not happy at all!!!! Low rating due to customer service and the fact that it never worked but bicycle is cute

Very cute and there is a video that is so easy to understand better than what came with product the only thing was nowhere not even the video said that to charge it there is a plastic cap on connector to remove I was trying to connect it with the cap on because it looked as if you could (all most sent back because I did have it pushed in and it stayed) and charged for a day with nothing happening by the way I’m a grandma and pretty handy at putting things together but this cap just wouldn’t come off and I didn’t want to break it if it wasn’t supposed to come off so by day two, I wiggled it a little bit more and it came off, charged it and now we’re good to go. So the four stars is because without the video it would’ve been a little difficult to put together and I think the very important part was that nothing was said about the little plastic cap being removed off the connector end. Let me give you one more thing I did contact them cause I was concerned why it wouldn’t charge and they answered right away through the email but I had figured it out by that time, but I was happy that they did respond and I told them so.
