I'm very dissatisfied with this product. I assembled it the correct way and it was driving fine and then all of a sudden it stopped. I contacted customer support because it's a third party and they communicated very effectively through the message center on Amazon. However, with shown demonstration on this product, the is the issue was not fixed and the vehicle is not drivable. Drivable. I got this as a Christmas gift in December and here we are going into March in two more weeks. No refund, I have even offered to send the item back so they can see my honesty. I don't recommend getting this item because of my experience. I can't speak for anyone else. Very disappointed because my niece cannot drive her toy car and is left out from my daughter who had a different one from a different company. Now it's just sitting in my living room taking up space. ... show more

I got this for my granddaughter‘s third birthday. She loves it! I think it may be a little fast but she’s our resident daredevil so it works for her. I would generally think that this is probably for And up just because of how fast it drives the battery. Life seems to be pretty good we have charged it one time besides initial chargeand she has ridden it a bare minimum of 15 times of I guess 10 to 20 minutes per ride. It goes up the driveway. I have a rocky area just off the driveway and she has accidentally driven on that more than once most of the times it was able to catch itself and continue to ride without having to intercede. It’s a cute color and I like that she can ride a child on the back when she becomes a more experienced driver ... show more
