It is a good bench with height adjustment but it lacks a little bit with stability, I keep it on the lowest height and use it for hip thrusts but it wobbles a bit when I go up and it's kind of annoying but for the price it gets the job done and when I use it for other exercises it doesn't bother me too much so it's definitely worth the money. ... show more

    • First impressions are very good
Right out of the box the bench was ready to setup. No fussing about with weird instructions. Tested it out and the padding is very firm which is good. There's no wobbliness so far. For the price it seems to do the job perfectly. Firm padding and a stable platform, not much you could ask for.

But:: Amazon uses USPS who won’t deliver it to house ( it’s about 30 pounds or so) So: great product but be prepared to drive to your post office and carry it home yourself!     • Nice Bench
Great bench for my workouts. Only issue is the seam is loose in one spot and I’m afraid will get worse over time. I thought of using crazy glue to prevent it from unraveling.

Sturdy enough when the knobs are fully tightened on the legs but it can be difficult to loosen up overtime. The cushion feels off on some spots, it's not totally level. But for the price, it'll do for a bench. Hard to tell true value though, until more time in use.
