I’ve been building out a small home gym and this bench has been a really solid addition. It took a bit of time to assemble, but once it was set up everything felt sturdy and stable. One thing I noticed right away is the padding. The bench has thick high-density foam with a leather-style cover, which makes it comfortable during longer workouts and helps reduce pressure on your back and shoulders when lifting heavier weights. The bench itself is also pretty solid in terms of weight and build. It’s made with a steel frame and weighs around 40–45 lbs, so it feels stable when you’re lifting but still light enough to move around your garage or workout area if needed. What really makes it stand out is how many exercises you can do with it. Between the adjustable back (incline, flat, and decline), the rack, leg extension, and preacher curl attachment, it feels like several machines in one. The wider rack is also nice if you like doing wider-grip bench presses. For the price, I think it’s great value. Instead of buying multiple pieces of equipment, this covers most basic workouts like bench press, shoulder press, leg work, curls, and abs. It’s perfect for someone trying to build a home gym without spending a fortune. Overall, I’m really happy with it. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and gives you a lot of workout options without taking up a ton of space. Definitely a good buy if you’re putting together a home gym.

I previously gave a bad review and at first they were difficult and clear language barriers but they came around and acknowledged issues and we met in the middle . So for that I am giving good measure and will start by highlighting if it didn’t say these very high numbers I never would’ve had an issue so * if you’re going to bench 500 lbs or anything high I wouldn’t recommend it * With that being said if you’re beginning to train , or maybe going to intermediate level but simply don’t have budget to get to top tier equipment , this is dollar for dollar probably the best you’d get on Amazon at this price range . Especially if you need to simply hit an incline angle / have leg accessory / and also has a preacher pad to do curls So dont get me wrong it’s not some crazy flimsy unit , it seems decent , I just don’t love how high they go on the numbers and that was my initial beef. Also the geometry seems a little weird for some functions but again it’s an all in one multifunctional unit . So that’s bound to happen , all in all it gives you a lot for the money , just know you may hit ceilings on legs and maybe feel unsafe once getting to heavier weights .

Came in very well packed heavy box and it took me around 30 mins to complete the assembly! Very sturdy & stable and the bench is comfortable. The material used is heavy and sturdy. Although you need a bigger bar size to make the chest barbell press work, but I find its a great value for money!

Overall a well crafted and designed gym set. Hardware seems to be pretty high quality. Components were all provided, no missing pieces. Everything was flush and fit up nicely except one of the knobs that hold the top of the tower posts. The welded on threaded nut must have been slightly off or threads are messed up because the knob bolt was only able to go in a bit before being tightest it could go before stripping. I should also mention the gap between the seat and the bench is fairly big. Not a huge deal but its like 3.5 - 4 inches. I realize it needs to be able to pivot up and down, so some gap is needed, but this seems a bit excessive. Assembly took a bit under two hours, which included unwrapping everything. Provided instructions which are in one of the hardware packages are straightforward, mostly easy to follow. Finally, this is suggested for taller individuals. For what its worth, im 6'4. The width of the rack for benching is definitely nice. However, the height of the bench is low enough to cause your feet to hit the ground if youre using the leg extension part. Id suggest gym mats under the gym set to lift it up. You may need it fairly high if you're over 6'6.

Gir Weight bench for my gusband who wanted to start working out. It is good but there were some parts that we just couldnt get some of the pieces to fit so its pretty wobbly, but he only does presses and legs on it, and the bar we have is too small for it so its good enough for what he uses it for. Kind of wish we would have just got it from dunhams or something so it would be easier to take back because it would have been a pain to take it apart and find a box big enough to send it back. Overall he is happy with it, i just get worried because My 14 yo uses it too and its so wobbly.
