I appreciate when furniture and equipment is easy to assemble, particularly when its meant to withstand a great deal of weight. I'm very intimidated by details, i'm always worried i'll miss a little screw somewhere and the whole thing will fall apart with me on it. Thankfully, the Yoleo bench comes mostly assembled. One needs only to put apply three pieces; 2 pins and a bolt for the leg brace. Everything was very heavy and sturdy, though the bench was still light enough for me to carry to my garage without issue. I feel genuinely safe using the bench, it can support a massive amount of weight and stress. I have never felt more safe sitting on something I put together out-of-the-box by myself. It is also incredibly stable. Although it looks very narrow and light, it is extremely well-balanced and doesn't wobble. It didn't even move slightly when we used it on our carpet (seen in pics). The bench is so perfectly designed, you'd think it was completely fastened to the ground. I don't have my weights yet for training, but I am desperate to work out my core muscles and tone my stomach. One of my issues doing sit-ups on the ground is that, without support, my hamstrings are doing most of the work lifting my torso up. This leads to no strength training to my abdominal muscles whatsoever. This bench has two cushioned bars for my ankles that support me as I do sit-ups on the bench. I have not felt my abdominal muscles be thoroughly worked out for about 10 years until I purchased this bench. This has made it so much easier for me to commit to my workout and focus on my daily workout goals. The foam lining for the bars is also very thick and high-quality. I don't foresee it getting worn down for a very long time, even with heavy use. I have tried going to gyms because I love using equipment, but it was so difficult to commit because of commute. Having good equipment in my garage is doing wonders for me and is helping me develop a better lifestyle. I am so grateful I purchased this bench. Its versatility is especially important to me because my house is not very large. I need to be selective with the furniture and equipment I bring into it, lest I quickly run out of space. It is also compact which I appreciate. This is the perfect addition to your home if you plan on integrating strength training.

I like the overall design of this product. I like how it folds up and there's not much to assemble. The frame seems very sturdy, but the padded board is of lower quality. It's good if you want to use it flat, or for incline dumbbell exercises, but it's not good for decline exercises unless you are fairly short. I'm 6'2" and 195 lbs., and it's just too small for me. The board is also not very padded, and kind of thin. Just after using it once, I can feel the seat flexing a little bit and it feels like it could break if you put too much weight towards the outer edge. Unfortunately, I have to return.

Took me a while to decide on a weight bench, but I finally decided to go with this one. All other benches that claimed to be sturdy didn’t really seem to do that - based on reviews. At first, I was concerned because the bench seemed to cut through the packaging a bit. Bi was afraid it would be damaged, but after opening it honestly didn’t have a scratch. The portion that seemed to pierce through the box were 2 of the welded ends. Quality is definitely good for for the price. It’s a little heavy, but nothing anyone can’t carry. You could definitely store it in the car if you folded it. You have all the parts you will need. You don’t even need to worry about loose pins to secure the bench position. Overall. I’m pleased and happy with the quality, sturdiness, and bang for my buck!

Really grateful how easy to put together. It was already assembled, just had to slide in a couple of bolts and put foam feet on. Took a senior a whole 10 minutes. Great product.

made in China with very spotty instructions in English. not hard to figure out how to assemble since its almost completely put together straight of the box. small so don't purchase if you are a larger person. the seat part of the bench is also tiny. lightweight so don't purchase if you intend to lift even moderately heavy. the bench padding is also quite slim which also argues against using for anything but light weights. Pros: inexpensive; fold-away; easy to move around in my limited workout space
