I needed a solid bench that could fold up for a smaller space. For the price point, this has the best dimensions, weight and foldability compared to other benches around and double it's cost. I have this setup on carpet and it's very sturdy. Slightly wider legs would have taken away any slight wobble but then you're chipping away at the small form factor. The compromise was worth it. I've been using this for a month now. So far, zero issues. Too soon to say how well it'll hold up. No signs of anything loosening up or being questionable yet. There's two pins to keep the bench extended and then fold. They're simple to add/remove. Folding takes 15-20 seconds and it's out of your way.

I'm 5'8" and 145 lbs and this bench is barely big enough for me to comfortable sit and lie down on. Although it's well built and sturdy, it probably won't work if you're a bigger lifter (6' or taller) and you're heavier. You'll probably find this too small. Thankfully it ships pre-assembled, minus the ankle support (which just bolts on), and it folds neatly for storage. Padding is good enough, firm but not uncomfortable. Bench stays planted when being pulled against with cable machine work. Range of adjustment is great, and the adjuster bar is solid enough, and quick and easy to use. The ankle rest is a little flimsy -- don't rest your feet on top of it, or it'll probably bend/break. It works for its intended purpose, acting as a stop for your ankles to push against, to keep your legs at a 90-degree bend. The smaller ankle support adjustments are laughable. Literally sized for a child. Even with my smaller frame I can only use the ankle support at its lowest/largest setting.

I like the variety of positions I can place it in, that makes my routines better, easy to assemble, the quality of the materials seems good to me and for the price I think it is a great option to consider, I recommend it.
