I wasted 3 hours dealing with these very cheap anchors provided with the product until we decided to throw all the hardware in the carbage and buy some great masonry anchors for 15$ at home depot and finally, we are happy with the awning....

I honestly hoped this would work. We have a hot tub and thought this would add the perfect amount of privacy. When the first one broke, It was fairly windy. when I bought the second one and a light breeze broke it, I was done. The fatal flaw with the product is that the handles are made of plastic. Hollow cheap thin plastic. I would steer clear of this poorly made product. Do not buy this. It will break with any amount of wind. The other problem is the hardware they provide for mounting it into a cement pad. It is very cheap and does not expand. This caused the poles to lean in and the awning to sag bad. Again, do not buy this.

The media could not be loaded. Neighbor has one that looks and works great. Was disappointed when our showed up with a huge dent in the middle see pictures pull them out best we could but it’s still damaged. Not sure if it’ll work. I will update you, Update!… Amazon gave me a discount because it was damaged. Husband and I were able to get it to retract and work. Just don’t think it’ll hold up in the Florida sun as long as it would’ve otherwise probably painting it to keep it from rusting. Still a nice concept and we will get some enjoyment out of it.

I bought due to the fact I have new neighbors , and let’s just say I needed the privacy . It was a bit to set up , due to the fact I couldn’t find a exact fit drill bit to match the hardware that attaches it to the cement . But I am very happy with how good it looks and the privacy it provides .

Although the Box appeared fine upon delivery, the product inside was damaged and dented. It was strictly cosmetic and I had already installed the product before I noticed the damage, but when I wrote to the manufacturer requesting a discount, they stated my Amazon ordered had already been refunded and refused to provide any assistance. I had to reach out to Amazon for a satisfactory resolution. Furthermore the screen is poorly designed, as any attempt to extend the screen in any direction other than straight out from the base will result in the screen drooping at the top. This could have easily been rectified during the engineering phase by making the individual rollers able to be rotated and replaced. I would not buy this product from this manufacturer.
