This inexpensive bench was assembled in 15 minutes (8 bolts). It feels sturdy, but light, and the materials feel a bit cheap. My 200lb frame does about 225lb on bench press, and the bench didn’t budge under that weight. This is a good thing since it’s rated at 3x the capacity of my meager lifts. It does indeed feel short for a bench press, but nice to save space. It does not adjust in any way, and the padding is firm but comfortable enough. I’d recommend this if you’re looking for a cheap and small flat bench.

This is a excellent quality flat bench!! I'm very glad I came across this one when I did. It was easy to put together and set up, maybe 10 minutes tops. The screws keep everything tight and stable. This is a very very durable bench, made very well. It's comfortable pad feels nice to lay on. Performance wise this bench is so sturdy I'm able to do my wright's with perfect form without needing to worry about wobbling or anything like that. It's pretty lightweight which is a surprise as it's so solid. Just a perfect overall bench that is definitely worth every penny and some 👌 highly recommend 👍💪

This bench is awesome I don't have alot of room and being able to fold up and store is awesome. It was a breeze to set up with easy to follow instructions. It is very sturdy and works great no fear of it collapsing under weight. Couldn't find a better product at this price.

My son is getting into a bit of training at home so he needed a bench for some of his exercises. I picked this up and it's be exactly what he needs. First off it was very easy to put together. Second, once everything is tightened down, it's very sturdy. I am 300lbs and laying on it felt very stable. The length is great as well. The pad is quite thick too so it should last him a very long time.

Despite being very light weight, seems sturdy and well built. Light enough to easily pick up and move anywhere. Easy assembly although he screws should have been 1/2” longer. Bench height is 18” high which is fairly standard height. 41.5” long is a bit short for exercises on your back, like bench presses. Felt like my head was hanging over the edge at times. I use this as a utility bench for sitting or kneeling exercises only. Padding was stiff and didn’t provide much cushioning but was it did feel sturdy. Leveling feet helps with floors that are not perfectly flat. Overall not bad but would be better if it were 6 to 10 inches longer.

The bench design is perfect for an assortment of muscle groups and workouts: CORE, ARMS, LEGS, etc. Bench not only offers great stability, but foot pads are adjustable for concrete, wood or carpet surfaces. Bench ships with some assembly required (legs are unattached), but it takes only minutes and comes with the required wrench. I’ll update on longevity later.

I have a gym in my garage and wanted a workout bench for ab work and light weight work outs. This bench has been perfect and I put it together in about 10 minutes. I would recommend putting the legs on first, then putting the feet on to make sure you have it stable. It's a great size for sure to do ab work and free weights with. I'm not sure how it would be for a taller guy, since being female even though tall, I like shorter benches, but overall this is a fantastic workout bench.
