I absolutely love this knee cold pack. It covers and wraps around my entire knee. I don’t need to put a towel or anything over my skin because it has a cloth layer. It stays cold cold! The quality is great! I had previously bought another knee wrap and it did not seem like it even got cold, even after being in the freezer for overnight. You will not regret purchasing this. The quality is awesome and as I said before it stays cold and it wraps around your entire knee so you have cold coverage on the top and on the back of your knee. It’s huge and extremely cold so it works over pants well. But the softer side is way less cool allowing to use directly on the skin. The straps are super strong Velcro. Really great for icing any major body part. Only downside is that it takes up a lot of space in your freezer but that’s what it takes. This thing is legit.

It is heavier and bulky but the XL size option fits my swollen knee and feels wonderfully cold. One side with velvet cloth can be placed directly on skin. The other side with thinner cloth is good for even more cold when needed. Heavy and big but feel so very good.

Used for a full knee replacement. Works as designed. gets very cold and holds it for 30 minutes. Word to the wise, the XXL is just barely large enough for a 5:10" guy with modest size thighs. The recess for the knee itself was key as the top of the knee was too sensitive for ice or pressure. The Gel Wraps that I used previously to surgery could not work. I am sensitive to cold and had to use a light hand towel between the skin and the ice wrap. They do get some frost on the outside, even in a dry climate, so we placed a towel beneath the leg to adsorb that wetness.

High quality at a nice price. Large enough to completely envelop my knee and chill for 30+ minutes. After 4 hours in the freezer, it starts to get a bit rigid and hard on my knee following full replacement surgery, so I have to coordinate the freeing/wearing schedule. Quality is worth the effort.
