  • Highly recommended!
Color: Blue
These AR glasses exceeded my expectations. They are lightweight, comfortable, and incredibly easy to set up and use. The picture is bright, crisp, and clear, making them perfect for watching movies and shows at home or while traveling. The built-in sound quality is also surprisingly good, and the connection with phones and tablets is seamless. Overall, they offer a great viewing experience and excellent value for the price. • Ligh and comfortable glasses with a screen
Color: Blue
Pros: Comfortable Only slightly heavier then a pair of sunglasses. 1080p video with up to 90fps refresh rate. No noticeable input latency. Bright and dimmable displays Built in speakers. Plug and play Cons: 1 - screen size - biggest disappointment is the screen size when plugged into my phone. 4 - Requires Display tech for input. So, if you don't have usb display port on your PC you will need to provide your own adapter (with power) to use with you display port on you GPU. 2 - Right eye display was slightly dimmer and color was more blue. Only really noticeable on lower light settings. 3 - Very minimal settings for screen when plugged into android phone. 4 - Gets warm. The sides next to your temples get warm after only a little use. Not hit enough to burn you but enough to be noticeable for prolonged use. My experience: Tested out with my phone using moonlight/sunshine to stream games from my pc to my phone. This is when I noticed I the screen size was comparable to my 32 inch monitor than a 147 inch display. To get the 32 inch experience I used the smallest nose attachment and had to angle the glasses a little hire off my ears to get the right angle for the screen to be clear. There is not a way to digitally enlarge the screen on Android that I am aware of. The corners of the image were distorted slightly with this configuration so I opted to back the screen off for better image quality with a smaller precievd screen size. I plugged these into the USB c display port on my laptop and windows 11 picked it up no problem. I was able to adjust the refresh rate to 90fps but that was about it. In order to adjust more settings you need to download the manufacturers application to adjust screen positioning and curve. I didn't try their software out as only planned on using with my phone. I also watched an entire movie on the dark in bed fully prone with the back of my head roasting comfortably on my pillow. It was a great experience. I listened with inbuilt speakers and no one complained of the noise from the glasses. I think all and all these are a great product however the advertising size and lack of functionality without using their application leaves a lot to be desired. I would also recommend they include the needed cable to work with display port on pc gpu. I believe they look stylish and very comfortable. But at this price point ($300) I don't see a good value here. ... show more

  • Very impressive for most part.
Color: Blue
Very nice indeed. I use mostly as my portable theater so to speak to stream movies and other content from iPhone and iPad. The picture quality is excellent. I use glasses to watch TV, but simply do not need them to view very detailed images XBX. Several configurations are available to adjust to personal preference. I sensed little or no eye fatigue 90 minutes of continuous use. With that said, the sound quality is adequate, not great. My biggest disappointment is the inability to lock the screen position so that you can turn your head without the screen following you. There is no way to lock the screen centered and as such even a slight turn of your head moves the enormous display with you. I find that a bit uncomfortable. That feature would have earned 5 stars from me. All in all, well worth the price tag and i recommend for casual users. ... show more

  • Simply near the #1 best
Color: Blue
Tried different parts, but these are my first ever purchase for myself. If only the screen could be moved forward or backwards... to push images to more comfortable spot it would be a 10 for me... as it stands they're a 9... half point for that, and a half point because they lack having faceplate verity at time of release. Everything else they make them a perfect 9 Sound is okay but buds work great with them... They are the lightest pair I have put on... They get warm but not as much as others I've put on. They connect seamlessly Everytime, they're comfortable, look great, very strong flexibility, so simple and easy to just use. Images are clear and clean. 9 for now till more faceplate release. I hope they can add a panning forward and backwards screen feature and they would be perfect 10... ... show more

  • I like the product, but it didn't work well for me.
Color: Blue
The removable lens is a nice feature, but I would rather have a second clip on lens which is semi-frameless with a light tint. This would provide added protection for the device and allow good transparency. I like the direction of the design, but it falls apart because most of the image has haloing or is too blurry to read text clearly. It's even bothersome while watching video. For me, the right image is clear and the left is blurry. If I shift the glasses around, I can manage to get the left image clear, but then the right is blurry. Even on the clear side, at least 1/4 of the image will start to blur on the left or right sides. I think the interior mirror was strictly designed to fit an average person without sufficient tolerances to accommodate a wide variety of people. For me, it doesn't work, but for others it might still be a great device. ... show more

  • Budget Friendly without sacrificing picture or sound quality
Color: Blue
I have owned a pair of Viture Luma Pro for last year and use them daily. My wife finally asked I get her a pair of XR for her to watch her Korean Dramas at night in bed so she can read subtitles easier than on her IPad. Having had a lot of time finding out what features work best for movie and tv show watching I knew she wouldn’t need all the bells and whistles of more expensive glasses. These arrived this weekend and she is very pleased and the brightness and clarity of the virtual big screen are above the price point of this product. Sound quality is great and connectivity works straight out of the box with IPhones and IPads. If you love movies, love traveling, or love a good show before bed these are excellent choice for the majority of people. ... show more

  • Punches Above Its Price Point
Color: Blue
These are simple to setup out of the box and upgrading the firmware couldn’t be easier (I used a Chromebook without issue). The picture is amazing and sound is much better than expected. My biggest criticism is that due to nearly no picture/positioning settings on the device, it seems like the field of view may actually be too wide - trying to use these as a monitor with a computer results in parts of the screen, particularly the corners, that are just not visible. This could be solved by enabling screen positioning shifting via the existing stabilization mechanics so you don’t just scale down the display - I’d love to see that implemented. The OSD menu is also not great to navigate, but once you lock in your settings this becomes a non-issue. I hope XREAL reads these reviews and continues to improve the product via updates. ... show more

  • Disappointing
Color: Blue
Could be I have an odd shaped head, or could be I got a defective unit, but my right lens was out of focus no matter what I did, at any angle or distance. My vision is fine. Putting that aside... These have an odd confluence of variables; at a comfortable wearing distance, even trying all three nose bridges, I was unable to see the whole screen. You cannot change the screen size or focus. Therefore, I had to mash them as close to my face as possible, causing my eyebrows to directly touch the bridge above the lenses, which gets uncomfortably hot after maybe 10 minutes of use. They can be angled upward or downward, but that is irrelevant if all that causes is for you to decide what part of the screen you'd prefer to be not seeing. Nose bumpers are unnecessarily difficult to remove, you'll definitely feel like you're about to break them if you try to change them out. Lens covers do not securely mount to unit, they fell off a lot and it was never clear if they were properly attached or not. ... show more
