I've tried a couple pairs of XR glasses before, and the Beast is easily the best experience so far. The screen feels genuinely massive like watching a huge TV that only I can see and text and detail come through crisp and clear, way better than I expected. Colors are vivid and brightness holds up even during the day, which some other glasses struggle with. Setup was simple, and I love that it works across my phone, laptop, and Switch without much hassle. Comfort-wise, I can wear these for a couple hours at a stretch without my nose or ears getting sore, which matters a lot for something sitting on your face that long. The audio is a nice bonus too surprisingly full sound without needing headphones. They're definitely an investment, but the picture quality alone makes them worth it. If you're into gaming or watching movies on the go, these are fantastic. Highly recommend!

I must have been living under a rock as I had never heard of Viture until last month. I had seen $1,200 VR/AR glasses for sale by other companies and of course most everyone has heard of VR headsets such as Meta or Apple. I miss 3D TV. No one makes them anymore. Lack of 3D content is a big reason why. When I heard that that a company called Viture was releasing an app that could turn ANY Video output into 3D content, I was intrigued. After doing a little research, I found that excellent quality manufactured refurbished 3D glasses could be had for under $200. I contacted Viture customer support and learned that these glasses come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty-- the same warranty as the new $1,200 glasses from another company. To make things even better, these glasses have adjustable diopter for up to -5 for those who are nearsighted. This way I can use the glasses without having to wear contacts which is a big plus for me. Even better is the glasses are quickly adjustable so I can switch from wearing contacts to not wearing contacts settings in under a minute. My mild astigmatism is not a problem either as text appears sharp to me which is not always the case with books. I ordered the glasses and when they arrived I was hoping to test them out using my computer's USB 4 port. For whatever reason I could not get the glasses to work with my MSI X870-P wifi USB 4 port. I think this is an MSI problem and not the fault of the glasses. I was able to test the glasses using a friend's Samsung phone. The picture quality was impressive in both 2D and using 3D specific media. A lot of people will probably use these glasses with their USB C Display Alt enabled phones, tablets, and game consoles. They are very impressive in this role if your device supports DIsplay Alt over USB C. I contacted Viture customer support again and received a recommendation for the WJESOG cable listed below to allow me to hook up the glasses to my NVIDIA RTX 3090 enabled PC. I exchanged no less than 20 emails with VIture customer support and they always promptly responded. This cable enabled me to try Viture's new Immersive 3D AI technology. This is what really sets these glasses apart from their competitors. I am running the software on Windows 10. It will turn anything from a movie to a video game into 3D output. The 3D experience is fantastic and is much better than any 3D TV I have ever seen. The program is efficient and only uses about 20% of my GPU resources. This is good as it does not generate much heat. I believe it will even work on my RTX 3050. My next problem was that I only had about 7 feet of cable slack even with the WJESOG adapter. This was not enough to lie down and watch a movie. I tried several cables and finally found that the Cable Matters 10ft active DP cable did the job. I also had to combine this with a USB C return cable as the VIture glasses lack a battery and need a power source. I have listed the USB cables I use below. You need several adapter cables to make the whole thing work. The result? I have over 15 feet of cable slack and can still watch AI powered 2d movies rendered in near perfect 3D! (the actual cable length is a few feet longer but you have to subtract the computer port and cable drop to the mix) The cables added nearly $80 to the price tag, but the results were well worth it. To make all of this work, you actually want the less expensive Viture One Lite glasses as they use the standard USB C connector and not the proprietary magnetic one. My last problem is that the right ear piece of the glasses becomes quite warm - maybe even hot - with extended use. At least in my 78 degree room. I solved this problem by purchasing some copper heat sinks and attaching them to the frame. They do not add much weight, but they do a good job dissipating the excess heat. The audio is perfect for my needs. I can hear the music but does not bother others. Adding quality 3rd party headphones gives a cinematic feel. So I have an amazing pair of OLED AR glasses that I can use to have a giant screen for my phone. Or better yet, to watch 2D MOVIES IN 3D while relaxing on the couch or bed. Without having to wear contacts. With a warranty. For around $250 total spent. I wish I had heard of Viture sooner. Edit: I may have been a bit hasty in the initial review, some was user error some were updates surprisingly not taking effect here is my updated experience, still running with the samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra So, the reason why for the update and original Meh score was due do not all the features and tech being here and i still think it kind if isnt, but i will say give this about a couple weeks of use before you make your own judgements Breaking it down, Picture quality... Amazing, blacks are deep in the fact they arent projected, colors pop and the image is sharp... However in well lit environments the blacks lwt you see through the glasses so if you want true cinema, turn the tint up ☆☆☆☆☆ Audio: While I will not say these are the best sounding things i own, they defenately have the speakers to hold up to watching most things... your not putting these on for music and keeping that in mind, they work well HOWEVER they drift rediculously far and unless you want someone 5ft away knowing the exact video your watching, youll want headphones. Edit: While this is the same score a little caviat, they count as headphones to the device and will initially override bluetooth, just turn the headphones off and on again to override these and turn the volume down ☆☆ Weight and comfort: These are surprisingly light but as for comfort your straddling a fine line between the right size nose piece and keeping it iff your brow because they get warm QUICK... some people say 2hrs... this was like 10 minutes of setup... but thats flush. But that being said, the clip is a thin piece of metal and you will notice it while adjusting... Edit: I had said hot, i dont mean painfully so but you will notice it, this has lessened, i dont know if it was use case or with am update, though if your transferring from VR, you dont want these flush against your face, leave about a cm or two ☆☆☆ Edit: Usage has to be top to bottom redone for the review as the updates .. Somehow didnt take hold till a reboot of the phone... Spacewalker works but if your device has its own system for external displays it will fight with it for whats running... while you can have multiple screens running on space walker its more if a scrolling screen than multiple windows and its up in the air weither itll let you turn the phone screen off for privacy, that being said, I dont entirely reccomend it if all your doing is mirroring... This is where my review if the tech not entirely being there is relevant, Mirroring its wonderful, Browsing it works... but all in all im finding more use mirrorijg or using samsung Dex which these work a treat in... ultrawide is a narrower screen top and bottom... and while the 3D works, it drops the framerate DRAMATICALLY on youtube as can be expected... though this could be a device problem ☆☆ Now accessability... the tutorial is... quite honestly a gods send but i will say, it only really needs "To access menus, brightness, transparency and display. i will admit, a lack of side screen customization is disappointing, i would have appreciated being able to make it smaller... while yes its out of your direct sight, it still takes up a rather sizable CHUNK of your vision... making the "Oh glance down while doing someting else" plausable, but... not efficiant, Anchored mode is 3dof and makes the edges of the display obvious when you tilt your head or even look a little off center, in the initial review i said that you couldnt see the full display but to be fair, i had it in the close range settings on the biggest display... having it out about 3-5 meters is best, though if you tilt your head the edges are obvious. ☆☆☆ All in all, these have potential but I think they tried to cram a lot into this to make it amazing... while the implementation didnt blow me away the 3D worked and the ultrawide is... there... but that being said, their support was excellent, got an email about help with the device, including a way to get it fixed which is the reason im rewriting the heat aspect... it wasnt uncomfortably so and i chalk it up to initial user error. I still think these a slight bit overpriced and the hype is a bit overmuch, but not as much as when i originally got them. They serve their purpose and im happy with them, even if i am mirroring in the breakroom. I have a hat to cover the screen for privacy.

These prove that the software is terrible. If you map buttons to the glasses themselves you eliminate the need for the software...mostly. The glasses are still plagued with image drift and blurry edges. All of this for over $500. When they work, it's great, but you're going to put in some time trying to "tame the beast" If you have any other of the viture line you don't need these unless you've got too much money. Update: Ruby (support) was very helpful and professional. We discussed my issues and I do feel as though I was heard. However, only time will tell if the suggestions that was discussed will be put into action.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect from these, but the first time I put them on I was genuinely surprised by how huge the screen looked. I’ve tried other display glasses before, but this feels much more immersive. I’ve mostly been using them for movies and gaming, and now I find myself reaching for them instead of watching on my regular screen. One of my favorite things is being able to pin the screen in place. It feels much more natural when I can move my head around without having the screen constantly following every movement. I also like that I can quickly adjust the transparency when I need to see what’s going on around me without taking the glasses off. The picture is really bright and sharp, and the 120Hz refresh rate is especially noticeable when gaming. I was also surprised by the speakers. I expected I’d immediately want to use headphones, but the built-in audio is actually good enough that I usually don't bother. I recently used these while traveling and that’s probably when I appreciated them the most. Being able to sit back with what feels like a giant private screen without carrying a monitor or staring down at my phone was awesome. They’re definitely not cheap, but after actually using them, I understand where the money went. If you watch a lot of movies, travel, or game on handheld devices, these are seriously fun to have. Very happy with them!

I genuinely wanted to like these. I think the concept is great and when they work the experience was great! I’d be excited to try another pair if they resolve issues. The glasses were light and comfortable. I will be returning these today unfortunately. The screen had issues day 3. Sometimes I would turn them on and the left eye would be darker than the other making gaming, movies, and productivity difficult. Upon looking this up, it appeared to be a common issue. This leaves me hesitant to getting another pair of the same thing, because what if it did it outside the return/warranty window. When gaming the screen tearing was unmanageable at times detracting from the immersive experience. You need the native app to do dual/triple monitors which may not be allowed on work computers. The SpaceWalker iPhone app had no native app support so you had to use the built in web browser that was clunky to get to streaming services like paramount, crunchyroll, etc. The browser also had no pop up protection, no way to close out of ads like the skip-able YouTube ads, or no way to interact with captchas to complete the puzzle when trying to watch in 3D. The 3D feature was basically useless. The native PC app was also clunky frequently causing me to restart my computer because of display issues when using the dual/triple monitor. Sometimes you would get multi color ribbons at the top and bottom that appeared to expand indefinitely. I was also having issues getting the 3D function to work on PC. When it did work, it made games more fun and immersive. Lastly the movie or picture would sometimes just kinda float away requiring you reset the image and don’t you dare accidentally hit the wrong button if you actually got it to play something in 3D otherwise you would have to start the entire process over again. Returning due to poor build quality and clunky difficult to use features. To buy another or updated pair I would need to see the build quality issues acknowledged and repaired. As well as more seamless integration of features.

This virtual glass just blew my mind! It’s really amazing! It doesn’t look like normal glass but still portable. Once I put it on my head and connect it to my iPad and phone I saw a totally different world, feel like I am in a movie theater. The connection is fast and smooth. The picture is so clear and screen is really large, which can be adjusted as well. No earbud needed and it has speakers near on the frame. It doesn’t have power button so once connected to device it will open automatically. It also has other accessory options to buy for more advanced operations and TV connection, which is amazing. I heard some people can use it for basic office work and I will try that too.
