This machine is awesome, does exactly what it's supposed to do. I like how you have the option to do enough for 2 ppl or enough for 14 ppl at 8oz servings (margarita glass). So far I made the minimum batch and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. It also helps if you mix all your ingredients together and have them chilled and ready to pour into the machine. This is gonna keep me from having to staff the blender just to keep making consistent drinks. Cleanup is relatively easy, even if you just rinse in between mixes and do a thorough clean afterwards. It's got plenty of settings but the Slush Assist setting is all you really need. The machine is on the heavier side but it feels sturdy and is easy to slide around if you pick up the front. I also like that it doesn't replace the need for a blender but takes some of the load from it, making perfect blends easily. It’s incredibly easy to use. just pour in your ingredients, select the setting, and it does all the work for you. Within minutes you have perfectly smooth, icy drinks that taste just like something you'd get at a specialty shop or theme park. One of the best features is the XXL capacity, which is perfect for making multiple drinks at once when friends or family are over. It’s great for margaritas. The texture comes out consistently smooth every time, not chunky or watery like some other machines. The smart settings make it nearly foolproof. You don’t have to guess timing or worry about over-freezing. it automatically adjusts and keeps the drink at the perfect consistency. Cleanup is also surprisingly simple, which is a huge plus. One thing to note is that the machine is large and fairly heavy, so it will definitely take up some counter space. However, it feels very well built and sturdy. My family LOVES this drink machine. There are so many things you can make with it. We’ve made piña coladas and chocolate milkshakes so far. It’s so easy to use. Just pour the ingredients in and turn it on. There is even an auto sense feature that takes all the guesswork out. No ice needed!! It’s loud but not too loud. We have it on and can still watch TV without having to turn the volume up. I love the different colors you can choose from. The product is heavy but definitely portable.
