Ninja SlushiMax Review I absolutely love this Ninja SlushiMax! It’s so easy to use and makes delicious slushies right at home. I used Hawaiian Punch and also tried it with Frozen Lemonade it turned out great. The 150 oz capacity is huge and makes it perfect for parties, family gatherings, or just having a fun drink at home. This is by far the best slushie maker I have used. The speed alone is impressive. I made frappes for my daughters and they were fully ready in under 25 minutes. I have also filled it to the max with adult beverages and had them ready in under 45 minutes. One of my favorite features is that once you get that first batch slushed, you can keep adding more mixture and keep the drinks flowing without starting over and waiting another full cycle. That makes it fantastic for parties, family gatherings, or weekends with friends. It is extremely easy to use, the controls are straightforward, and cleanup is much easier than I expected for a machine this size. We have had so much fun experimenting with recipes, adjusting flavors, and creating our own frozen drinks. I actually travel with this monster of a machine because it is that much fun to share. Every time we bring it around family or friends, everyone wants to try it, and several of our friends have purchased one after seeing ours in action. It is definitely a larger appliance, but for us the performance, capacity, and amount of family fun we get out of it make the space completely worth it (we hide it in the pantry when not in use)

The slushi machine was a purchase type we don't usually make. I am not a fan of appliances that do not have multi-use. We use this often, with friends and just my husband and I. We love that it works for a varied number of servings. While you can hear it run, it is quieter than expected. It is quick to create a delicious slushi and very easy to clean. We have had it run on our back patio and the temperature retention has been very good and the speed of making a new batch is impressive. It is a fun machine for all ages. I do plan to purchase a recipe book so we can try new things. I would also purchase a wheeled cart to move it around on and store the supplies, think portable slushi bar, as it is a bit cumbersome for me to move around. My husband has no issues. We intentionally bought a Ninja brand due to their quality. We have not been disappointed. We had kids set the machine in a sink of water while cleaning up a spill, we were able to pull it out of the water almost immediately, pour the water out, and let it dry upside down for a week so the electronics were not sitting in water. We flipped it over for two days and tried the machine...it worked perfectly.

One of my favorite kitchen gadgets! It is 100% worth the money. You can turn your non-sugarfree soft drinks into a slushie. The ice is very fine and not chunky like if you ground up ice in a blender. I love the fact you don't even need to add ice. I freezes it's own. Nice!

This machine is awesome, does exactly what it's supposed to do. I like how you have the option to do enough for 2 ppl or enough for 14 ppl at 8oz servings (margarita glass). So far I made the minimum batch and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. It also helps if you mix all your ingredients together and have them chilled and ready to pour into the machine. This is gonna keep me from having to staff the blender just to keep making consistent drinks. Cleanup is relatively easy, even if you just rinse in between mixes and do a thorough clean afterwards. It's got plenty of settings but the Slush Assist setting is all you really need. The machine is on the heavier side but it feels sturdy and is easy to slide around if you pick up the front. I also like that it doesn't replace the need for a blender but takes some of the load from it, making perfect blends easily. This will make our next gathering much more fun and enjoyable!

THE MOST DISAPPOINTING PURCHASE I'VE EVER MADE ON AMAZON. I really wanted this slushie machine to work out, but my experience has been exhausting, frustrating, and honestly disappointing—even after receiving a refund. From the start, I made multiple attempts to get the machine up and running. I followed instructions, tried different setups, and gave it more chances than I probably should have. Each time, it just wouldn’t perform as expected. What made things worse was the explanation I received—that the machine wasn’t working properly because it was being used in another country. That made absolutely no sense to me, especially since I later found out that the company actually ships globally to my exact location. So how can you sell internationally but then blame the country for the product not working? That contradiction alone was incredibly frustrating. Now let’s talk about the real loss: even though I got a refund for the machine, I still ended up losing $255 in customs fees. That money is gone, and no one takes responsibility for that. So yes, I got my money back—but I still lost. On top of everything, I’m in a country that’s already struggling, especially after a recent hurricane. This wasn’t just a simple purchase for me—it was part of trying to build something and make a living. The mental stress this whole situation caused? Unreal. Constant back and forth, trying to figure out what’s wrong, feeling like I’m hitting a wall every step of the way—it takes a toll. Even up until yesterday, I gave the machine another try, hoping for a different outcome. Still not satisfied. At the end of the day, the refund doesn’t erase the time, effort, stress, and extra money I lost. I wanted this to work. I needed it to work. But this experience has left me feeling like I took a loss regardless. Buy with caution.
