It was a little intimidating at first because I was used to smaller Brother Embroidery Machines. Bai has excellent customer support (thanks Luke Ren) and great instructional videos that helped me step out of my comfort zone. I am having fun with this machine and it is definitely worth the money.

Customer support is always there to help when needed and checked in to make sure we received our package and that it was set up correctly. We struggled with our previous machine for over a year to get it to embroider 1 hat and kept getting told it was our lack of experience well this machine embroidered a Richardson 112 right out of the box! Very clean stitching and was able to embroider 3D puff with just my standard hat tension settings. Delivery was very quick and setup was straight forward, machine is constructed very well so it seems like it will last and if we ever need to add another machine we will be adding another Bai Mirror.
