This can save you a lot of back-and-forth when making changes to your designs. Ease of Use: Operating the machine is straightforward. I'm writing to share my experience with the machine I purchased a couple of months ago. I haven't stopped using it since it arrived, and I'm thoroughly impressed. Learning to use the machine was incredibly easy, and if you have some embroidery experience the process is even smoother. Overall, it's a fantastic product at an excellent price, and the customer service has been outstanding. I was initially a bit skeptical about the customer support because I read that it was based in China before I made my purchase. However, my concerns were unfounded. They respond very quickly within their time zone and are incredibly helpful in resolving any issues. I had two minor issues that were more due to my own lack of experience than any fault with the machine, and they guided me through them effortlessly. I highly recommend this machine to anyone starting a business. Given its quality and price point, it's also a great option for established embroidery shops. While it may not be exactly the same as a high-end Tajima or Toyota machine, it certainly gets the job done with good quality at a significantly more affordable price. Highly recommended
