I really like this bench. I'm 5'3 and i can just get my footing on floor enough to feel ok. Bench is high. It's very sturdy. Took me an hour to unbox and put together by myself. The hardware is well labeled for each step. I did not see labels on the parts, but it's easy to figure out by looking at the diagrams. And there are instructions written. The pad and leg curl pieces come off easily. Leg ext is good range of movement. The leg curl seemed a bit limited in range, but I definitely got a good hamstring workout with it! I recommend putting the bench in decline position for leg curls. The seat adjusts super easy and smooth. Nothing to complain about. Just know it's big & high.

We were a little worried because of the price, we thought we were getting something cheap, but this bench is great! Doesn't feel unstable. And detaching the preacher curl arm rest and leg attachment is actually very easy! You can do workouts for almost every body part! Very easy to assemble too! Took me less than 30 minutes! The only cons I would say is the little gap between the seat and back rest can be uncomfortable if you're doing decline workouts but most non-beginners probably won't mind that. Also, some people might be bothered that the seat doesn't incline or decline as well, but not an issue with us. Otherwise this was a great purchase and well worth the money! Would be a great addition to any home gym if you love free weights like I do!

I received this weight bench and was pleasantly surprised that such a large and heavy item arrived in a box with hardly any damage. Well packaged indeed. Upon opening and organizing parts I was pleasantly surprised that the screws and nuts were separated in individual bags per assembly step, making the process much easier. After putting it together, it is a very sturdy and secure bench. The quality of the materials is very good and the size of the bench is on par or better than many other home gym benches I’ve seen before. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend this bench.

The seat and bench adjustments work well. The leg extension and curl do not work great if you are tall. I'm 6'3 and can not use the extension at all. It is pretty stable, but not as stable as my previous Marcy bench. Overall wish I had bought something different.

This product is exactly as advertised, all the photos, videos, and descriptions depict this product accurately. It is very well designed, robustly sturdy, and all parts fit together perfectly with all the nuts, bolts, and screws individually packaged and labeled for each step in the assembly process including all the tools needed to put it together. It took me about an hour to assemble with the simple instructions and it doesn't rattle, creak or bend and is a sturdy platform I am confident will last many years. They could honestly charge more for this product.

For the price this is an excellent work out bench. Quite versatile for lower and upper body with the weights. It is easy to assemble and easy to move around. It doesn’t take much space and the adjustable bench is easy to change positions.
