I recently purchased the XDDIAS Workout Bench and it has completely transformed my home gym routine. Here’s a detailed breakdown of why I’m so impressed with this adjustable weight bench. Sturdy and High-Quality Construction The build quality of the XDDIAS Workout Bench is top-notch. It’s made from durable steel, and the frame feels very solid, providing stability during heavy lifts. The bench doesn’t wobble or shift, even when performing intense exercises. It feels like a commercial-grade bench, which is great for home use. Adjustable Backrest One of the standout features is the adjustable backrest. It has several incline and decline settings, making it easy to target different muscle groups. Whether I’m doing flat bench presses, incline chest presses, or decline sit-ups, I can quickly adjust the angle to suit my workout. The adjustments are smooth and secure, so I never have to worry about the backrest shifting during exercises. Leg Extension and Leg Curl Functions The leg extension and leg curl attachments are a huge bonus. The leg extension works great for targeting the quads, while the leg curl attachment allows me to isolate my hamstrings. Both are adjustable to fit various leg lengths and offer great range of motion. These features add a lot of versatility to the bench, allowing me to perform leg exercises that are often difficult to do on a standard weight bench. Comfort and Support The bench is designed with comfort in mind. The padding is thick and supportive, providing a comfortable surface for lifting and performing leg exercises. The upholstery is durable and easy to clean, so it holds up well after multiple workouts. The seat and backrest cushions provide ample support without being too soft, ensuring that I can maintain proper form throughout my sessions. Space-Saving Design When not in use, the bench is easy to fold and store. It doesn’t take up much space, which is important for me as I have a smaller home gym. The ability to store it compactly is a major plus for anyone with limited space. Versatility and Value This bench covers all the bases for a full-body workout. It’s perfect for everything from chest presses and shoulder exercises to leg workouts. The added leg extension and curl attachments make it a more complete piece of equipment compared to other benches in this price range. Given the quality and features, it offers fantastic value for money. Final Thoughts The XDDIAS Workout Bench is an outstanding piece of equipment for anyone looking to elevate their home gym. With its solid construction, adjustable settings, and versatile features like the leg extension and leg curl, it’s a great addition to any fitness routine. It combines comfort, stability, and functionality at a reasonable price, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a durable, adjustable bench for full-body workouts.

The bench is quite stable, which is not always the case for lower priced benches. I love the addition of the leg attachment, that is the main reason I purchased the bench. When I received it, one of the wheels was broken, not a game changer since it is light enough to carry around, but it should be replaced. I sent a message to the seller and they send me a replacement wheel housing with both wheels and the bar. They wanted a picture of the broken part, mostly to make sure they knew what part I was talking about, and shipped out the replacement right away. Took about a week and it arrived in perfect condition. Stuff happens, it is how the stuff is handled that matters. I am very pleased with their support. The bench is well made and not too bad to put together - though not the easiest I have built. It is very sturdy and came without any issues, tears, blemishes, scratches, etc (except the broken wheel, which they replaced quickly).s The leg attachment is a little low to the ground - it works perfect for me but I can see people having issues with it if they are over 6'2" or have huge honkin feet. For me, it is not an issue. The leg attachment comes with one of those little compression springs to hold the weight on but I replaced mine with a nice collar style. It is slightly smaller than 2in in diameter but not too small that things slide around. I did not try the 1 inch holder. I recommend this bench, the customer service was great and the bench was great as well.

We were a little worried because of the price, we thought we were getting something cheap, but this bench is great! Doesn't feel unstable. And detaching the preacher curl arm rest and leg attachment is actually very easy! You can do workouts for almost every body part! Very easy to assemble too! Took me less than 30 minutes! The only cons I would say is the little gap between the seat and back rest can be uncomfortable if you're doing decline workouts but most non-beginners probably won't mind that. Also, some people might be bothered that the seat doesn't incline or decline as well, but not an issue with us. Otherwise this was a great purchase and well worth the money! Would be a great addition to any home gym if you love free weights like I do!

So far im loving this. I wanted something where I could do lying leg curls and extensions. The lying leg curls are a little uncomfortable with this design and since there's no where for you to grab onto you ended up grabbing its support bar. Extensions work just fine. I like that it comes with the preacher pad but it would be even nicer if it had a rack for the barbell you could also attach. Maybe im asking for too much out of one bench. All in all 5 stars. Great value for the price.

This bench is amazing...What I like most is that you unscrew the leg attachment off without tools because it comes with a dial that you can just twist...The wheels come in handy for those of us with limited space...

Great and versatile for the price. It’s got a wide back and adjustable head rest. My favorite thing is all the different workouts you can hit on this bench. My dislikes, which are manageable, the round bars by the feet catch the back of your shoes making full range difficult, my solution, take off your shoes during extensions, I’m 5’10” so I don’t know if being taller makes this irrelevant. My second wish was that this bench have a grip handle either on the seat or the base for when you need that extra support during lifts. Handles would make this much better. Otherwise, I’m happy with this.

Its nice other than doing leg curls( you can't curl fully so it does feel uncomfortable doing leg curls) other features are pretty good though. It is good quality and instructions aren't too difficult.

As I mentioned in the video (if it's not too big to upload here), this is a nice little workout bench, especially for the cost. However, there is one major flaw that you need to know about. I demonstrated that with 100 lbs. on the leg extension, just pushing down ever so slightly in the front caused the entire bench to start coming forward, with the back of it lifting off of the ground. Fully loaded, this bench will easily flip back to front and could cause serious injury. In the video, I noticed that I had put the heaviest weights on last and wondered if maybe putting them on first would help by keeping the heaviest weights closer to the bench. It didn't. I tried it that way as well and it was still waaaaaay too easy to get the bench to start flipping. Keep in mind, I had 100 lbs. on it, and it says it is rated for 110 lbs. Most ratings are typically very conservative to be on the safe side, so I expected it would easily hold more, but this is absolutely not the case. The bench itself is strong enough, it appears, it just doesn't have a large enough footprint or isn't heavy enough in the back (furthest from the weight plates) to keep it stable enough to keep the back end from lifting up. As a side note, in the video you can see the weight plates (not included in the purchase, by the way) start to shuffle forward and headed toward the floor when I applied some downward pressure to the front of the bench. The bench does come with a collar which keeps those plates in place, which I did not have on when I recorded the video - just FYI. That was my bad. I can only imagine if you have young ones, pets, etc in the area that put any downward pressure on the front end while it's 'loaded' with weights, a serious accident could occur. I urge the manufacturer to reconsider the weight rating of this leg extension part of this bench AND improve the design so this flaw is fixed and also recommend anyone that buys it be cognizant of this flaw. Also as mentioned in the video, the instructions aren't great. It shows so many of the bench's parts in each step even when those aren't the parts you're working with at that time. They could definitely be cleaned up to be easier to understand and follow. It's also really difficult when the instructions list the different bolts, nuts, washers, etc as coded numbers but are all in a bag just marked "Step 1", "Step 2", etc. A little thought and you'll be fine but would be nice if the manufacturer put just a little more thought into the instruction manual to help their consumer.
