The bench is quite stable, which is not always the case for lower priced benches. I love the addition of the leg attachment, that is the main reason I purchased the bench. When I received it, one of the wheels was broken, not a game changer since it is light enough to carry around, but it should be replaced. I sent a message to the seller and they send me a replacement wheel housing with both wheels and the bar. They wanted a picture of the broken part, mostly to make sure they knew what part I was talking about, and shipped out the replacement right away. Took about a week and it arrived in perfect condition. Stuff happens, it is how the stuff is handled that matters. I am very pleased with their support. The bench is well made and not too bad to put together - though not the easiest I have built. It is very sturdy and came without any issues, tears, blemishes, scratches, etc (except the broken wheel, which they replaced quickly).s The leg attachment is a little low to the ground - it works perfect for me but I can see people having issues with it if they are over 6'2" or have huge honkin feet. For me, it is not an issue. The leg attachment comes with one of those little compression springs to hold the weight on but I replaced mine with a nice collar style. It is slightly smaller than 2in in diameter but not too small that things slide around. I did not try the 1 inch holder. I recommend this bench, the customer service was great and the bench was great as well.

We were a little worried because of the price, we thought we were getting something cheap, but this bench is great! Doesn't feel unstable. And detaching the preacher curl arm rest and leg attachment is actually very easy! You can do workouts for almost every body part! Very easy to assemble too! Took me less than 30 minutes! The only cons I would say is the little gap between the seat and back rest can be uncomfortable if you're doing decline workouts but most non-beginners probably won't mind that. Also, some people might be bothered that the seat doesn't incline or decline as well, but not an issue with us. Otherwise this was a great purchase and well worth the money! Would be a great addition to any home gym if you love free weights like I do!

Been looking for a reliable yet inexpensive home machine to do leg extensions with. Upon receiving, it took about 45 minutes to assemble. A few days later I obtained some Olympic plates to begin using for said leg extensions. I find when descending, the back of my shoes touch the bar on the ground. Not a big deal (I’m 5’10”) but can become annoying. So far I’ve had 45lbs of plates on without an issue.

NOT BUILT FOR AVERAGE WOMAN - Hinestly super impressed with the quality and how easy it was to put together. However I’m 5’5” and everything on the “shortest” setting is still far too tall. I declined sit ups? Absolutely impossible considering where all the setting are in the base pad is almost too long. Overall Lind of weird layout. Still giving it three starts because I think it would be perfect for someone who is 5’8” to 6ft
