This is a very sturdy and stable bench. The removable preacher’s curl pad and leg unit is very useful, and the way the back sets into each position seems very safe and reliable, reducing the chance of injury. The instructions themself were well illustrated and somewhat easy to figure out, but I hardly used them at all, as they provide an online, step-by-step assembly video which made for a very smooth build. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

It's a solid bench, decent for the price. It takes time to assemble but the instructions and packaging are very clear. The only turn off is its height. I am taller than an average guy and this bench is about 3 inches higher than it should be for my height.

I waited months to buy this bench. I just couldn't think of where to put it. I talk to my husband and he said to put it in our smallish walk-in closet. After a bit of discussion, measuring, and moving stuff around, it fits perfectly. Where there's a will, there's a way. I'm 65 and was feeling myself getting weaker after retiring, and don't want to be a fragile old lady. I'm definitely not a body builder , but in the month that I've had this I already feel stronger. I bought posters of various exercises and stretches. In the morning, I put on my knee brace and headphones, and walk a good pace to music with a good beat, for about 30 minutes then go in my 'closet gym' to do resistance with this bench, bands and various handweights. I move the bench to one side when I do floor exercises and stretching. I did a lot of shopping and I'm pretty happy with this bench. It's not big gym quality, but is totally fine for me. I did have to buy more weights, and will hopefully be buy heavier ones soon. :)

I really like this bench. I'm 5'3 and i can just get my footing on floor enough to feel ok. Bench is high. It's very sturdy. Took me an hour to unbox and put together by myself. The hardware is well labeled for each step. I did not see labels on the parts, but it's easy to figure out by looking at the diagrams. And there are instructions written. The pad and leg curl pieces come off easily. Leg ext is good range of movement. The leg curl seemed a bit limited in range, but I definitely got a good hamstring workout with it! I recommend putting the bench in decline position for leg curls. The seat adjusts super easy and smooth. Nothing to complain about. Just know it's big & high.

Super easy instructions to follow, which was a huge plus. One of the screw spacers was chipped but doesn't affect anything. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it was easy to piece together, and seems to be good quality. Arrived on time, no issues. I was pleasantly surprised to see it has wheels, since I don't recall reading that in the product description.

The media could not be loaded. I just received this workout bench to set up my home gym and I'm extremely disappointed. I was really excited to finally have everything ready, but my enthusiasm completely vanished when I realized that several of the parts arrived rusted. It's unacceptable for a new product to arrive in such poor condition. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it, which is a major inconvenience especially since I already waited for the first one with delivery delays, and now I have to take my time again to send it back. I do not recommend this product to anyone who expects to receive something in perfect condition.
