This bench is awesome! I bought it as a Christmas gift to myself. The instructions are super easy to read and the assembly is simple and quick. As a 5'4 and roughly 120lb woman, this bench is sturdy enough to fit all of my needs. While doing chest supported exercises the bench supports and stabilizes me perfectly for my height. If you're quite tall, you may feel less support. I also use the preacher curl pad for 45° back extensions and feel super supported. The cushions aren't the comfiest, not like the benches at the gym. However I am not expecting that from a bench at this price point haha. I love how adjustable and multi-functional this bench is, as well as the consistent quality throughout, especially for the price.

This bench is awesome! From building it to building muscle! I have to be honest when I looked inside the box i was a bit intimidated. No reason to be they organized the parts by section. Section 1 goes with section 1 of assembly directions. Simple and brilliant! Took me 20 minutes to put together. I am 6’5” and 260pounds this bench is comfortable and solid! The roman chair works beautifully even for a guy my size. It is easily adjustable and comfortable. I recommend this bench.

This weight bench is awesome! The directions are superb, all the nuts and bolts are clearly labeled in numbered bags that coincide with the steps of assembly in the manual. Took me about 45 minutes to get unpacked, set up and ready to use. It’s super sturdy, it’s great looking and a great tool to take my strength training to the next level. Excellent product.

Have only used the bench once. Easy to assemble, sturdy, and stable. Only reason I did not give a five star is the bench is a little small for a 6.5’ man and the front pads could be a little further apart for doing arm curls. I would still recommend this product for men under 6’ in height.

I’m so surprised just how happy I am with this purchase! The quality and stability are really great for the price! I was expecting it to be at least a little wobbly or unstable during certain exercises, but I’ve been using and abusing it and nothing! Solid as a rock. However, I am a 5’6” 130lb woman so I’m not sure how it would be for anyone who is larger. The adjustments are quick and easy to do, and it’s very versatile. What I was possibly most happy about was the assembly. SO easy and clear AND they put all of the hardware in labeled bags according to the steps! Absolute gems for that one. Genius. Very happy with this purchase!

Multipurpose benches don’t tend to do well on here but this one is pretty good! Versatility is great for small space, allowing me to maintain consistency when I can’t make it to the gym. The Roman chair feature and handle bars are not a strength but better than not having it. The incline is awesome and stable, especially for a deeper back extension and sit ups. Excellent for weights, the extended length is super helpful. Videos mention “folding it away” which, unless I’m missing something, is not a thing. But over all for all it can do, the foot print is fairly good. Only a week into having it, we will see after a month!

Amazing. Comes with rhe best instructions with separate step by step hardware bags for assembly. I'm 6' 5", and the nortic adjustment fits me great. Also fits my 7 year old. The adjustable decline sit ups are also amazing. Best value bench on the market by a mile. Just buy it, you want regret it!
