I purchased this hose about 30 days ago. I was using it to extend a garden hose pas an obstruction. This thing actually performed quit well until it did not. Yesterday was the first day that I left the main line on and only closed the valve at the end of this hose. The hose lasted about 30 minutes before the Male connector blew off. Important to note, this hose perform wonderfully, until exposed to high pressure and the heat. I fully admit that the water pressure for our city is high, so I would expect most residential customers to not have an issue with this. But if you are looking for a high pressure hose, this my not be the solution. ... show more

As soon as I hooked this hose up it started spraying water between the brass hose fitting and the brass collar. Why can’t someone make a decent hose that won’t kink on the roll-up wheel and doesn’t leak?
