I bought this for four of my great nieces for Christmas. In a separate bag, I included three AAA batteries (required) along with five one dollar bills and several coins. They were a big hit. This piggy bank is very cute. It has three packs of stickers and it takes three double AA batteries that are not included. I don't think the face identity doesn't really work it just blinks with a blue light. The inside is big enough for your child to store a lot of money for a while. If you forget the pin code or want to reset the bank take the batteries out and it resets itself. Says the instructions but we have not tried it yet. The only draw back for me was that the bank door takes a while to open some times. Then sometimes it opens quickly, it makes a noise right before it opens. Overall I like it, my daughter has played with this nonstop.

Generally works at described, but cheaply made. It also takes an ever-changing amount of time to open… we put the code in and it registers that it’s correct, but then it takes from 10 sec up to a minute or more to actually open. No idea what or what the trick is to make it open. We’re not putting anything super special in it in case it decides not to open.
