We purchased these WONITAGO car roof rack pads for our new roof rack (also bought here at Amazon) and they are perfect. We chose the 28" wide option (34" available as well). We like how they are wider than most of the typical offerings giving you more padding across the roof rack cross bars (good for wider SUP surfboards). They are also shaped to snugly fit the oblong-shaped style of roof rack cross bars. Velcro seems of high quality and colors have yet to fade (we take them off when going through car washes). Have only used them for a few months so hopefully they last. Will report back if any issues. ... show more

Pro: Easy install with the velcro strips, Con: the ends are beveled so the contact surface is not actually 28 inches. I needed all 28 inches to protect the surface of my fishing Kayak. Had to purchase the 34 inch size.
