I got this for my grand Cherokee and it fits perfectly with the 2inch receiver. I can fit my 2 mountain bikes on it perfectly, 26" diameter wheels. Seems like a all metal construction which is great, it's heavy and it installs super easy, not much assembly required which is also nice. Definitely adds nice addition storage since I don't have a roof rack and the added straps are great so I can keep it all tied down. It was nice that I didn't have to buy my own and that it came with them.

I purchased this bike rack to transport electric bikes and it exceeded my expectations. The structure is very solid and sturdy, perfect for heavy bikes with wide or fat tires. Installation was easy and it fits perfectly into the vehicle hitch. It includes straps and supports that keep the bikes secure and stable during the trip, even on the road. I also like that it can carry up to two bikes without them moving or hitting each other. The materials feel high quality and durable.

I put a lot things together for clients but this was for me a little bit of head scratcher. The instructions r not clear, I had to use the pics and zoom in on the images on the Amazon and the few pictures in the manual to make it work. Otherwise I really like the product because u can use it as a bike rack or use it for storage bins or coolers and it folds up when not in use. I also like the extra safety features that keep the bikes from falling off ( I’ve seen several bikes fall off campers, I almost ran over one on the interstate). We bought it for our RV. I also bought a double receiver extension from Amazon, so now the bike rack is on top, I can still hook up and pull a small trailer also

This thing is a genius idea. Most people get a bike rack that is bulky to store and serves no other purpose then transporting your bikes. This thing is doubles as a storage rack for camping and road trips, it's awesome! It's not too heavy and you really get a bang for your buck. Assemble didn't take to long and switching between bike mode and cargo mode takes like 3 minutes. There is a lot of adjustabiliy with it.

Put on two bicycles, much less than the assigned weight. When I arrived at my destination, I saw that one of the metal bars along the bottom broke away from the main post - the weld snapped. The good thing is that Amazon is great, they completed the refund, then sent a truck to pick it up the very next day.

Update: After traveling 1500 miles with our 2 bikes on this rack, we will definitely be looking for a different way to haul our bikes. The knobs that tighten to the center pole loosened to the point that one fell completely off. The rubber split on the one hook that still had rubber. Fortunately, we had numerous tie down straps and a bike cover that enclosed everything. The knob that fell off was caught inside the cover or it would have been lost. Using this bike rack takes way too much time to secure because it needs so much additional strapping to feel secure. Frustrating. Original review: We were very disappointed when we first tried to mount our heavy ebikes onto the rack. The spaces for the wheels don't adjust width wise. The center pole for securing the bikes was wobbly. The rack itself wobbled side to side more than we were comfortable with. The tie down straps that came with the rack were poor quality. After a lot of trial and error, and time, we found ways to make it more secure. We velcroed each bike tire to the floor of the rack, put extra bolts in the center pole so it is snug and doesn't move (it will not lay flat now unless we remove the bolts), added turn buckles between the hitch and rack for extra stability, and used different / stronger tie down straps. The rubber fell off one of the center hooks the first time we used it. We put a piece of foam on the crossbar and that solved the problem. We plan to transport our ebikes long distances so we need a secure and safe way to transport them. With all of our modifications we feel much better about it.

Picked this up to carry two fat-tire e-bikes and it’s been really solid so far. I usually travel around 5 miles to and from the beach, and mounted the bikes on the roof. With my age however this was becoming tough to lift them that high. The rack feels heavy-duty and doesn’t wobble once it’s tightened in the hitch. Loading the bikes is pretty straightforward after the first time you adjust everything. The rack itself is on the heavier side, so putting it on and taking it off isn’t super fun, but that’s also what makes it feel sturdy and secure. It is also much, much easier than getting two bikes onto the roof. Overall, it does exactly what I need and feels like something I won’t have to replace anytime soon.
