  • Very sturdy, easy to assemble and use, folds up for storage
Size: ‎29.5 x 14.9 x 10.2 inches
I've used this rack for about 3months on my Toyota RAV4 with two Cannondale bikes (42lbs each). What I like: - Easy to assemble - Seems very heavy-duty and stable. - The screw-in hitch pin and additional hitch stabilizer greatly reduces any wobble...very effective. - Has a long enough tube length from my trailer hitch that insures no contact between bikes and the back of my vehicle. - Although I'm a bit uncertain about the velcro tire straps, they're very good quality and I've had no issues - The manufacturer followed up with a feedback email that resulted in a very positive dialogue about a couple of things on the rack that could be better. I was impressed with the follow-up. - I did a fair amount of initial research and don't think you can beat the price point for a bike rack of this quality...it's a very good deal for the money. I'm very pleased with the rack. What I don't like: - The review comments regarding flimsy foam j-hook covers are correct. With that said, I went to a local hardware store and bought a couple of 1ft lengths of 5/8" heater hose. I pulled off the existing foam padding, and with a little silicone grease and twisting, successfully installed my replacement hose. It's been very secure with no movement or issues. I let the manufacturer know about it on a feedback email that he sent. He advised they've now modified the j-hook padding to be much better 👍 - If you need to slide the top j-hook off the vertical bar to mount your bikes, you'll be frustrated by a metal rivet at the top of the center post that makes it difficult to completely slide off the hook without taking the hook-bracket apart. The upside of this is that it keeps the hook from siding all the way off. Downside is that at least in my case, it makes bike mounting a bit more difficult. I also advised the manufacturer about this, so they may be working on a solution. For me, it's not a show-stopper...just annoying, and in my opinion easy to re-engineer if they choose to do so. ... show more

  • Awesome rack
Size: ‎29.5 x 14.9 x 10.2 inches
Very strong, well made, no wobble. Easy to assemble. 65+ mpg with a >80 lbs. e bike for almost 2 hours with no issues. The tilt down function allows for easy access to the rear lift gate. The bike retaining hook has a rubberized coating, not foam. My bike has an odd frame shape, and this still worked perfectly. ... show more

  • Get some help loading your bike on the back rack.
Size: ‎29.5 x 14.9 x 10.2 inches
This bike rack is rated for e bikes. It's very sturdy and it's great on value to money ratio. The rear rack is a bit difficult to get your bike up there by yourself. The outside rack is a breeze. I didn't like the Honda down strap not for the wheels but, the other longer one. It didn't seem strong enough so I provided my own ratch strap to get it done. I loved the ease of putting it together and ease of use. This rack holds the bikes securely. I would recommend this rack to my friend. ... show more

  • Great bike rack
Size: ‎29.5 x 14.9 x 10.2 inches
Great Bike rack for the price. Pros: Cost is great and built quality is good. I like the anti wobble device. Easy to pull the pin and tip in up or down to access the back of your vehicle or truck bed. Cons: Assembly takes a little bit more time than more expensive racks. Have to play with a bit to dial everything in just right. Heavy. Be careful if you have a tailgate (explanation below) All in all this thing is awesome for the cost. I have used it on multiple road trips and driven at least 2000 miles with out any issues. I'm not sure why people are having problems with the rubber portion of it wearing away and damaging their bikes... I haven't had that problem. Only thing I can think of is that maybe the arms aren't secured really tight allowing the wrapping to rub and wear away? If you are worried about that I would just put thin piece of cloth or something between your bike and the rubber I guess. Only downside to this rack is if you are using it with a pick up truck Be careful with you tailgate. When the rack is in the down folded position so you can open your tailgate, make sure to check if it will hit the top of the receiver portion of the rack (see red circled area in photo). My tailgate on my 2021 F150 will hit this before its all the way down, it is SO close to being able to be fully open before it touches, I keep a little nice piece of thick foam to put in-between this portion of the rack and the tailgate so it doesn't damage it. ... show more

  • Great value for 2 eBikes
Size: ‎29.5 x 14.9 x 10.2 inches
We got this to go with my son's new bike for new school year and it looks like a good fit (see pics). Packaging: It's a dense package and well packed. Most of the product is steel anyway and I didn't have any issues. The steel were suitably thick, wields and paint job were fine. Assembly: Assembly manual was small so the pictures were slightly harder to see. I did notice a mistake where they mistakenly rotated the upper arms by 90° but fixed in subsequent step. Assembly was easy overall and you'll need either socket set or wrenches to assemble this. Usage: My Toyota Prius has a 1 1/4" hitch so I had to use a 2" adapter. It mounted fine and had no issues with the new eBike. I see other reviews that complained about the upper bar or the upper arms damaged their bike but I don't see an issue for this bike as a long as I center and strap down the bike. There were other complains about the coating on the upper arms wearing down; I havent used this bike rack extensively yet but I feel the coating looks pretty tough and should last a long time as long as your bike is strapped down properly and not allowed to rub. ... show more
