Great quality and design. Easy to put together and use. Researched many others and this one was perfect for quality, ease of use and price.

  • Great Bike Rack!
Style: E2 Plus 3position foldable Black-200lb C...
This is a great bike rack! Strong and sturdy and easy to put bikes on. Folds up out of the way when you aren't using it and lowers down to allow truck tailgate to open. If you can use a wrench it is easy to assemble... except for step 5. Here you have to hold your eyes just right and stand on one foot to get the bolt and plastic spacers to align with the hole in the upright members. But take heart, it can be done! ... show more

  • Great rack for heavy bikes. Very stable.
Style: E2 Plus 3position foldable Black-200lb C...
Have 77lb e-bikes and using a Ram 3500 with class 5 hitch receiver (2.5") so needed a quality rack capable of supporting these bikes. The Good: easy to assemble, well built, easy to operate, very stable on the hitch. Assembly: Pretty easy for 1 person (~40 minutes total) with 1 step that was a "do this, tighten that. But before you do that...." that took me a few minutes to figure out. Operation: The ramp makes it much easier to get the bikes on / off and they are very stable on the rack. Would be nice to have an integrated lock Challenges: The Ram 3500 receiver sits 2 feet off the ground (to center) so the ramps to take the bikes on/off the rack are pretty steep. Not the racks' fault but a longer ramp would be nicer. I bought the 2" hitch version (I may use it on other vehicles) so use a 2.5" to 2" adapter in the receiver. With racks that have the knob that tightens the hitch using a ball bearing inside, it tightens the rack to the adapter, but the adapter to receiver has a lot of play. Not so with the Cyberrack. Although installing the hitch pin is hard (need a 1" socket with a short extender between the socket and the wrench) when it is installed it locks the receiver to the adapter to the rack so that rack is rock solid stable on the vehicle! The Bad: The hitch pin is a pain to insert. You have to fold the rack up, sit on the ground under the rack and use a 1" socket wrench as I mentioned above. But, once it's in, the rack is very stable on the vehicle. Haven't found any other bad items but will update if I do. ... show more

  • Solid rack, easy to use, multiple tilt options
Style: E2 Plus 3position foldable Black-200lb C...
Solid build, easy to use ramps. We have two Aventon Pace E-bikes that go on the rack easily. The rack folds up when not in use and will tilt down for easier tailgate access on our pickup truck. The detent mechanism that locks the rack in the loaded position doesn't seem to stay all the way into the detent notch on the "rotating group". (My 4 star Vs 5 star reason) But it does stay in far enough to keep the rack secure. There is a limiting pin that keeps the detent release handle from accidentally activating as a security measure. Removal of the rack from the hitch does require a wrench to remove the threaded, locking, hitch pin. Having a socket wrench set and/or adjustable wrenches is handy for assembly and post use removal. Note: the hardware is metric. The middle support tubes are clamped between "Semicircle Plates" whose friction is controlled by the torque applied to their locking nuts. The installation instructions gives a torque specification for the nuts that holds these tubes. Great info if you have a torque wrench but if not you have to guess. The support tubes need to be in a vertical position to use them then down for folding or storage. I tightened mine so they can be moved into either position but with some force required. Hopefully my arm is calibrated to 50Nm of torque. Overall it looks to be a good product, time and use will tell. ... show more

  • Thumbs Up
Style: E2 Plus 3position foldable Black-200lb C...
I love this bike rack. It's heavy which is a bummer but that was to be expected and they're all heavy. The quality was amazing. We have two heavy e-bikes and it carried them perfectly. They both fit on it easily and the ramp made it sooooooo easy to load and unload. It made it possible for me to do on my own. I also love that you can lock the whole rack onto the towing vehicle. It does not come with a way to lock the bikes on the rack so we used our own locks for that. But it was perfect. Not too much bounce or movement. I was super happy with this rack. ... show more

  • Outstanding
Style: E2 Plus 3position foldable Black-200lb C...
Unbelievable value. Rock solid, easy to load bikes. I can easily load my 26x4 rad bike by myself. I needed something from customer service at Cravot and they responded immediately. Tie downs are good and ramp works although I wish it were a little heavier duty. Rack is super adjustable for your size bike. Folds up easy when empty for easy travel day to day. All in all I highly recommend. I have no affiliation in any way with Cravot this is an honest review. ... show more

  • Cheap Price, Cheap Quality
Style: E2 Plus 3position foldable Black-200lb C...
Not a great quality rack, but I guess you get what you pay for. It showed rust in a few areas in just a few weeks. The company gave me a discount not to return it, but I had to basically negotiate to make it worthwhile. It’s had multiple issues since then as well. You need to constantly check that all bolts are tight, as a few have fallen off while using and my bike almost fell off as a result. The plastic handles seem flimsy as well, and I’m doubtful they will be long lasting since after 6 months they are already getting harder to operate. The only reason for 3 stars is that it is pretty sturdy overall and the company did give a rebate due to rust. They also sent a few extra bolts after mine fell off unexpectedly. I wish I had sprung for a higher quality rack like 1up to begin with. I will probably keep this one for now to recoup my investment, but I will need to be extra diligent about checking to make sure all bolts are tight. I’d give it 2.5 stars if I could. ... show more
